BITS Hyderabad offers two-year ME courses in a full-time mode across 12 specialisations. Candidates seeking admission to the BITS Hyderabad ME course need to visit the official website of the institute to apply online. Admission to the course is based on merit in GATE/ BITS HD Online Test and performance in the group discussion and personal interview round.

The eligibility criteria for BITS HyderabadM.Techadmissions is that candidate should have passed Class 12 pass from a recognised board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and adequate proficiency in English.
