Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Review of Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: I am a Leet student, so I need a rank of less than 50 in PULEET exam to get admission in this college. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. It does not support students much in an internship. A top recruiting company of our course is Infosys. Many roles are not offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Some labs are well-equipped, but some are very bad that I don't want to step foot in it. Nothing work in this college is good. Everything is just going on, and there is no care. There is a projector in classrooms, so it helps the students to understand the topics in a better way. Degree canteen is shut down for more than one year, so most of the students go in diploma course canteen.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are really good, but some are really bad. If you try to confront them, then they will not check your paper properly. Students here cannot choose their elective subjects.
Other: I have chosen this course because I liked computer science course. If I had known about this college, then I wouldn't have taken admission in this college. I would be good if the students were given some freedom to choose and speak freely. Scholarships are available in our college.

This college is not a place where engineering student should belong.
Placements: 1. 40 students were placed. 2. 90 k per month was the highest and 20k per month was the lowest salary offered. The highest 11.5, the lowest 3.15 and avg 3.5 was the package. 6. No student got an internship.
Infrastructure: 1. Wi-fi is there but doesn't work, classrooms are not well maintained, Librarian itself shouts a lot and labs are not well-equipped 2. Hostel rooms are very dirty, washrooms are not properly cleaned, mess food is not good as well. There are a lot of financial problem in this college.
Faculty: They help us to know how to clear exams, they don't care about knowledge at all. They force to write research papers as assignment and without any guidance, they still want us to give credit to them. They have the knowledge, but as per book only.
