I would recommend joining this college for girls as it has good placements and a safe environment.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Mahindra offer placements. Above 90% of students get placed every year in our college. The highest salary package offered in 2022 was 24 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Our college provides placement training.

Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, monitors, a library, and a reading room. We have access to monitors to access online books. Every department has specific labs. Recently artificial labs have been introduced. The hostel provides good service and security guards. The food served in the hostel is good. The hostel has been extended to increase the number of rooms. Our college campus is spread over 25 acres of land. It has two wings, two hostel buildings, and a mechanical workshop. The campus is full of trees and has a pleasant environment.

Faculty: All teachers are very supportive and knowledgeable. They provide special attention to weak students. Mentorship is provided by faculty members to students for projects. Industrial visits are arranged for students. Exams are moderate for students. Practice papers are provided to students.

Other: I opted for this course because it is interesting and has a good scope. The annual fest is held in our college and is managed by students. Scholarships are provided to financially weak students. Bus facilities are provided for localities.

Our college is the best with excellent placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: Around 70% of students are placed in MNCs with a good salary package and the rest 30% of students want to pursue higher education. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA and the lowest salary package was 3.8 LPA. Students were allowed to the core and IT companies. Companies like HSBC, TCS, Wipro, DXC, KPIT, Capgemini, Kolher, TATA communications, MG Motors, Atos Syntel, and many such top companies offered roles of Trainee Software Engineer, Senior Analyst, Graduate engineer trainee, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided are good like Wi-Fi in every classroom and properly equipped labs. There are big classrooms with projectors for online teaching along with boards for offline teaching. Library has almost every book needed for our course and also has many inspirational books, newspapers, scientific journals, and magazines. Library is big with many tables to study. Infrastructure is good with elevators, nature surrounded environment makes studying more effective, big grounds for sports, and a seminar hall for events is available. Hostel is good with Wi-Fi. Medical facilities are available 24x7. Wardens are good and take good care. TV is there for entertainment. Security is excellent. Food quality is good with the taste. Hostel organises many festivals and games. Hygiene is maintained daily. Every festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm. Hostel feels like home. Hostel infrastructure is good. Nature surrounding environment gives good energy for studying daily.

Faculty: Teachers are excellent with deep knowledge and very helpful. Faculty promotes academic activities and non-curriculum activities. Faculty members shape the personalities of students. They pay attention to every student. Faculty members plan visits to various industries related to the course. Students are motivated to make projects and participate in various hackathons, competitions, and various sports activities. Placement-related activities are carried out. Many technical clubs are formed and many activities are carried out through these clubs. Semester exams are not that tough as the faculty teaches everything so it is easy to pass and also to score a good. Every student is passed with a good score.

Other: Cummins India provides scholarships for students having financial problems which cover students fee, stationary fees, exam fees, and provide a laptop and a mentor to help through the placements. Other scholarships include the Leela poonawaala scholarship, persistent also provides scholarships for meritorious students, and MKSSS also provides a scholarship for financially weak students. Events and fests are organised monthly and annually. Festivals are celebrated with great pomp and splendor. Annual event Ananya provides students with a stage for showcasing their technical as well as non-technical skills. Many monthly events include sports-related activities, technical activities, and social activities. Students can form a good network by working in IEEE-related activities, CSI-related activities, coders club, IETE activities, NSS activities, etc. The best thing about the course includes good teaching, hands-on training, seminars, workshops, interactions with the best industry experts, soft skills training, hackathons, etc. Electronics and telecommunication is a very good domain so I chose it. New technologies are taught along with hands-on training. The course syllabus is too vast it could have been a little less.

Opt this college if you want to do engineering at the low expenses (minorities).

Placements: There were hardly 2 students who might have placed, but as far I remember none of the students in 2018 batch got placed. The highest salary offered was 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered for CE students is 5 LPA. Mostly none of the companies visited our campus, so girls been taken to Pune campus obviously the reputation of Pune is top-notch. There are hardly any faculty members and students in our batch. Almost 20 girls were there, and in the recent batch, there were 10 girls and 3 faculty members. A student from the 2018 batch got offered with a salary package of 3.5 LPA but that too in Pune. So ultimately she had some basic expenses like rent and all which was actually not a good offer. Mechanical students get internships, but only a few lucky ones get not everyone, and that too in Pune.

Infrastructure: Food served here is almost disgusting, but the poor quality of water is something unavoidable, and girls fell sick. MR Bharat Bhushan, the principal, never took any action. There is hardly any vehicle transport facility available for 10 km as the college is located in mid of jungle after 7 pm. Hostel students are not allowed to go outside, and rooms are fine, little small but bearable. The surrounding is surely peaceful but scary sometimes as you can hardly walk outside.

Faculty: RTMNU is famous for the exam pattern and its course. For mechanical students, they taught practical things which would be useful for them to apply in real-time projects. Faculty members for ETC and CE can't even pronounce basic words. They are not teaching very well. However, the first-year faculty members are really good as they hold masters and PhD degrees. So they teach really very well, especially chemistry and physics.

Other: As it is a girls' college, it really offers some beneficial scholarships to minorities, and a reputed foundation like Leela Poonawala Foundation almost covers up your every expense from laptops to college fees. Most of the girls are studying here for free. Moreover, half of them are studying with the fee structure of Rs. 25,000-30,000, which is wonderful in terms of engineering. The fest isn't that huge. A small group of girls decides to arrange some programs. As there are few students, the events don't occur on a grand level.
