Satisfied with best faculty for the Zoology department .
Placements: College is nice but placement is not so good. You have to find your own, which is very difficult. And the annual package is 2-3 lacs per annum, which is very low. There were only a few courses that offered a high package. Recently, Dyal Singh has an active placement cell that provides jobs and internships to students.
Infrastructure: All the materials were provided in labs, like the Zoology Department, which has almost all the material that is required during practical. All the food items are easily available in the canteen with a minimal price. The college doesn't have its own hostel, which creates problems for outsiders.
Faculty: I am from the Zoology department. All the teachers have the best knowledge, they teach very well and they take tests on a regular basis, which makes our preparation easier during the semester exam. The passing percentage is also very high. I will recommend you this college because of the best faculty.
Other: I chose this course because I have interest. The best thing about this course is that the teacher teaches very well. And we perform the practical, which enhances our knowledge on the topic. The campus doesn't organise fest. College also provides scholarships for fees concession.

Dyal Singh College Honest Review.
Placements: There are 33 seats in my college but only 24 students taken admission in this college. Because the admission process is not completed yet. Till this month, the admission process will be completed. I taken admission in this college in this year. I talked with 2023 completed batch students. They said that this college is best in South Campus of Delhi University. The highest package is about 13 LPA. Last year, 18 students out of 30+ students are taken jobs with better placements.
Infrastructure: This college have no any hostel. But the college is very good for study. This college is fully-plastic free. Many awards are given to this college for best cleanliness. Its infrastructure is good. Dyal Singh College building is newly made. Science block is very good. Because its building is newly formed. This has big classrooms approximately. For 50+ students. Zoology classrooms have 30+ microscopes for practical. Its canteen is good. I liked the canteen because the price of foods are lower than other colleges canteen or mess. I liked also because there are 2 canteens in this college. It has best medical facilites for students and faculty members. This college have also a primary type hospital for any injury or accidents happened in the college.
Faculty: There are 20+ teachers of Zoology course in this college. They are very helpful to any students. Their teaching style are so good. All are Ph.D. Professors. All are highly qualified and knowledgeable professors. If I will rate their teaching style out of 5 then I rate 5 out of 5. This course curriculum is relevant for any student. Its syllabus is enough for study, neither more nor less. If you take your study by this college then it is guarantee that you will not be an unemployed. I have not gave any exams because it is my first year in this college. But I asked from seniors then they told me that the semesters (half yearly or annual) are neither easy or difficult. It is of medium. You must have to bring 56.566% to pass the semester.

A decent college if you want to get enrolled in Delhi university in less expenditure.
Placements: College is nice but the placement is not so good. You can't rely on only college to have a good future; you have to do hard work and establish connections on your own. Try to find more internships and opportunities on your own rather than relying on college because the average package of Dyal Singh is around 2 lakh per annum, which is very low. And only in selected courses do students get internships and job offers.
Infrastructure: If I talk about the college campus, it's quite big, but the infrastructure is not so cool. College occupies a very big area, but nothing in college, not a single location, is like a wow factor. If I talk about wifi, it's not available for students, but there's one plus point that I'm comparing to other du colleges: the network here is really good. The classroom labs are good but not good like other colleges. And the canteen is okay with affordable prices but sometimes food is not so good. And about the hostel, I would say it's decent.
Faculty: If we talk about faculty, so the faculty here is not nice, helpful and friendly. They are well qualified and do their jobs with full passion and dedication, especially if you want to take admission in science courses. You can go for it. The science faculty is one of the best. They will guide you about books, how to study and everything, and they take tests on a regular basis, so for you, your semester exams will not be so tough.
Other: One more thing I want to add is that I got into this college because I gave preference to my course instead of the college. Of course, it's a nice and decent college, but if you want to do research and further studies, you can't completely rely on it because the labs are not very developed here.

Our college is good in all aspects.
Placements: Our course doesn't offer placements. Students will get some internships during their courses. We are continuing this course as per NEP. There might be much better opportunities. They publish research papers with a much better impact factor.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college building is good. Our department is situated in the new science block, which is good. Our labs are good. Sometimes, some specimens and chemicals are fewer. The infrastructure of our lab is good. Our college has a good canteen. They provide a variety of food items. The food served in the canteen is affordable.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and cooperative. We had a great experience with them. They are very friendly. The course curriculum is relevant. We have fewer courses compared to our seniors. The span of the course has been increased to 4 years instead of 3.
Other: I opted for this course because I liked biology and animals. I want to gain knowledge of research papers by the end of the course. Many events and fests are held in our college throughout the year. Students always participate in some events.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and experienced, and they are helpful. Their teaching method is excellent, and they are very dedicated. Lab staff are also good and cooperative. Semester exams are moderate. If you study well, then there are no difficulties in semester exams. The passing percentage is 33% of the total marks. You have to pass practical assignments as well as theory exams.
Other: I am from a science background, that's why I chose this subject. The best thing about my course is that you can learn about nature and the reasons behind it. In my college, many clubs are run. There are clubs for entrepreneurship, women empowerment, mental health, social society, traveling, and many others. Yearly fests are conducted. The campus location is very good, with the metro station just behind the boundary of the college.

Fill up the form of Delhi University and after that checkout cutoffs of various colleges of Delhi University. I am not sure that you will get admission or not. It all depends on cutoffs. Maybe you get admission because of SC category.
