FISAT college.
Placements: 89% of students of semester 8 were placed last year in different companies. Most placements come to the Computer Science department of the college and top companies like TCS, WIPRO, IBM, People's 10, etc. are the recruiters. Proper placement assistance and guidance are given to each student from semester 3.
Infrastructure: The college is built on a large plot of land with a huge main campus building surrounded by greenery and a well-maintained garden. Walkways and corridors relax our mind and soul. A gym, stationary shop, canteen, and medical center are located inside the college campus and are open for student use. The library is 3 stories tall and is rated A tier.
Faculty: Friendly faculty whom we can approach at any time of need. Faculty stick along with students for all cultural and extracurricular activities. Exams conducted by the college are of moderate difficulty while exams conducted by the university are of slightly higher difficulty.
Other: I chose this course due to my interests and for its job opportunities.

Extremely strict but good Classes.
Placements: About 90% of students got placements and about 40% got placements by 7th semester. The lowest salary offered was about 20k and the highest were upto 45k. Our branch is a new one, so it doesn't have demand like other branches have. Top recruiters were TCS, Infosys and wiped No one tried for internships, since the college didn't promote going for internships Top roles were website development .
Infrastructure: The classroom is an ordinary room like everywhere else with a blackboard and a projector with white screen. The institution has Wi-Fi for students but it doesn't have much speed, so no one uses it much. Labs are equipped with top quality instruments. Students has to purchase membership in library for using the library Hostel provides the basic requirements with good quality food in mess, high-speed Wi-Fi. There are plenty of opportunities for students interested in sports to shine.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified with some having teaching experience of more than 15 years. Some teachers have taken their Ph.D. Teachers always complete their portions on time in the best way. Course curriculum is strictly based on KTU Semester exams were of average difficulty with pass mark of 16 out of 40.
Other: Computer Science and design is a course that is available only on 3 colleges in Kerala. So since I have a passion in software designing, I chose this course.

Good infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Every year, a very high percentage of students get placed from the Computer Science batch. The highest package secured is 17 LPA in my knowledge. The average package is 5-7 LPA and the lowest package is 3.75-4 LPA. The top companies who come for recruitment are IBM, TCS, UST, CTS, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure overall. It has full Wi-Fi coverage. Labs are also good; we have a total of 9 computer labs. There are Physics, Chemistry, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil labs too. I am not a hosteller, so I don't know much about the facilities there, but I have heard that the food there is not so good.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Most of the teachers are helpful and qualified. The curriculum is also good to an extent. Semester exams are somewhat easy to moderate to get passed. We have a very good pass percentage in each semester. There are 2 series tests for each subject in every semester, which are of moderate difficulty.

Q:   Can I join Federal Institute of Science and Technology directly?

A:

Here are the specifics for applying directly, based on the Federal Institute of Science and Technology's regular admissions procedure:

For BTech programs, you must have earned the minimum number of needed marks in your 10+2 or equivalent coursework in a relevant Science discipline (science for engineering programs).
Entrance tests at the national level, such as JEE Main rank, determine admission. Usually, direct admission is not granted based on grades from the 12th grade.
Therefore, only if you have a valid JEE Main scorecard may you enroll in BTech immediately after 12th grade. Counseling is done according to status.
A BTech or BE degree with a strong percentage in a relevant specialisation is required for admission to M.Tech programs.
A pass on entrance tests such as the GATE or NET may be necessary for direct admission to the M.Tech program. Some programs also allow graduates who do not have a GATE to join.

Direct admission following the 12th grade is available for other programs, such as BSc or integrated MSc, and is determined by the results of the 12th grade. However, some can still demand entrance exams.
In conclusion, you need to have a JEE Main rank for a BTech, a GATE certification may be needed for an MTech, and a 12th grade transcript is adequate for other fundamental Science programs. For detailed requirements, please visit the official website before applying.
