    FISAT college.
Placements: 89% of students of semester 8 were placed last year in different companies. Most placements come to the Computer Science department of the college and top companies like TCS, WIPRO, IBM, People's 10, etc. are the recruiters. Proper placement assistance and guidance are given to each student from semester 3.
Infrastructure: The college is built on a large plot of land with a huge main campus building surrounded by greenery and a well-maintained garden. Walkways and corridors relax our mind and soul. A gym, stationary shop, canteen, and medical center are located inside the college campus and are open for student use. The library is 3 stories tall and is rated A tier.
Faculty: Friendly faculty whom we can approach at any time of need. Faculty stick along with students for all cultural and extracurricular activities. Exams conducted by the college are of moderate difficulty while exams conducted by the university are of slightly higher difficulty.
Other: I chose this course due to my interests and for its job opportunities.

    FISAT is your dream college.
Placements: When comparing FISAT with other self-financing colleges in Kerala, I can surely say that it's one of the best colleges you can get. They provide placements with a good percentage. The highest salary package offered was 17 LPA and the average salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Companies like Bosch, Schindler, TCS, and Cognizant visited our campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The campus is huge, and WiFi is available but the speed is not good (average of 4-7mbps). We have Smart classrooms and a huge central library that can be accessed by anyone with collage ID card. The hostel has small rooms, and the bathrooms can be better. Food is also not good especially if you are coming from Kozhikode, Kannur, Malappuram, etc.
Faculty: We have a good faculty team. Teachers are well qualified and trained. But they are very strict when it comes to academics. They are very helpful, and we can approach them to ask anything anytime. As for exams, it's up to KTU nothing can be said about that. For 2024 students, we have a new curriculum. Until the previous year, there were 6 modules in a semester but now there are only 4 modules. Exams are a bit difficult.

There are so many facilities if you are willing to explore
Placements: About 300 plus students were placed from my college during on campus selection. Our placement cell is very active and coordinators are selected from different classes. Our placement cell officer is very hard working and he put maximum effort to get placement.
Infrastructure: The quality of hostel and food is so amazing and cleaning is also good. Maintenance of college was amazing. I don't know how many college will do these kind of maintenance and I want to say infrastructure in Fisat is very much appreciated and this is an amazing scenery to see.
Faculty: It's a tough curriculum. Faculties give more attention to bookish study than practical studies. So that is the main problem. We have given more importance to academics than practical study. So while coming to placement we didn't want all bookish knowledge.

Federal Institute of Science and technology.
Placements: In general, all students who pass all the semesters without supply get placed. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest package comes around 5 LPA. Most recruiting companies are WIPRO, KSEB, IBM, INFOSYS, etc. Many companies offer internship opportunities to our students. Major roles in my course include power system engineer, system engineer, and IT field.
Infrastructure: The college is well-equipped with advanced labs, workshops, and other facilities. The college also has a library with updated books and study materials, and fast Wi-Fi coverage. The classrooms are well-built and clean. The hostel has rooms for many students, and the food is great in both the mess and the canteen. The college provides medical assistance, and has a football court and cricket field.
Faculty: The teachers are all experts in their fields and are very well educated. They are very friendly and will help you clear the semesters. The course curriculum is very important in every course. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and our college has a pass percentage of 85%.
Other: My course is a core-based course. After this course, I believe I will have wide opportunities in today's competitive field.
