I am very dissatisfied with campus life, crowd, high fee, and worse value for money.
Placements: Placement system is average. There aren't many top recruiting companies and even if there are, no students get placements. There are no students who got internships. Around 30% of seniors got internships from average-level companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure consists of an average library, average labs, below-average classrooms, and no Wi-Fi. Hostel is the worst. Mess and canteen are horrible. Medical facilities are below average. Sports and games are not given much importance.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. Teaching quality is a little above average. The course curriculum is given by Assam science and technology university. It is not very relevant and doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are hard. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I chose CSE because I am interested in programming. I wish the teaching curriculum would've been better and wish our course had more advanced languages. College fests are held properly but the budget is less.

The college review so that a student can decide the college to join.
Placements: The placements on the campus are good. The companies like Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Zaloni, etc., visited the college for the recruitment. The minimum package is 5 LPA. Every year, most of the students are selected through the campus recruitment process. The good grades can close the deal with a good company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure on the campus is good. The good campus with the well-furnished classrooms. The projectors and smart classes are available in every class. The campus has B.Pharma department. The environment of the campus is good for studying and chilling with friends. There are the canteen facilities with good and hygienic food.
Faculty: The faculty members are friendly and teach well. Almost, every branch is present in the college like CS, ME, ECE, EE, AEI, Civil, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, etc. The course is maintained by Assam Science and Technology University and Guwahati University. The maximum of our professors and HODs are from IITs.
Other: Every year, the fest is conducted in February. Before the fest, the sports week is organised. The scholarship is given to the eligible students. The extracurricular activities also happen on the campus.

Though the placements are really not good but I am totally satisfied with the faculty members.
Placements: The placements for our batch are not that good, mainly for the computer science branch. Even for the seniors, there were fewer placement opportunities. A very less percentage of the students were placed. The salary which they offer is not up to the mark. No companies visited the campus this year. But, there were several pool campus placements. In the previous years, there were three steps: the 1st one is the aptitude test, the 2nd one is the group discussion, and the 3rd one is the personal interview. The highest stipend offered to the students is Rs. 20,000 as I heard it from the seniors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. All the required facilities are available. The labs are well-maintained, the library has all the related books of our subjects. There is a sick day for the students and the faculty members. The nurse is always available for the medical care. Even for three days a week, there is the doctor who visits the college. The food quality is good which is provided in the canteen. The hostel rooms are good and well-maintained. I did not face any infrastructure related issues.
Faculty: The experience with the branch faculty is excellent. They are very helpful with whatsoever help we need from them. If we have any doubt at any time, they are just ready to solve the related queries. They are well-qualified in their own subject fields with proper knowledge of the subjects. They try hard by themselves to prepare the notes for us so that we can properly understand whatever has been taught.

Overall, this is not that fit for engineering. Think before taking admission here
Placements: It is quite less and hardly 10% students get campus placements. The placement cell is not as strong as expected. Very few companies visit the campus. The package offered is also very low. So many students have to go to the open to seek a job and many feel the need of higher studies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. It has a main building consisting of 5 floors where all the engineering departments are categorised in a single building. The lab facilities are quite good. But the end term examination pattern is very poor. The infrastructure is overall good but it is quite haphazard since all the engineering departments are in the same building.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite experienced and are much knowledgeable in teaching, but the end term examination pattern is very poor. As the university examination are not efficient and up to that level. The course curriculum is also not that fit for an engineering course from the university.

Not satisfied with this college
Placements: Placements are below average and packages are very low. Below 20% candidates are placed. The package was less than 1.6lacs. Zaloni and start-up companies visited. Software developer, web developer and BPO are the roles offered. We didn't get any internship from the college.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi speed is average, classrooms are fine and library facilities are good. We didn't have medical facilities. The quality of labs is fine and classrooms are also good. Food was also good plenty of items in a genuine price. Hostel rooms are fine but it was not inside the college campus so this was a disadvantage. The college bus used to bring students. The infrastructure was neither too good nor too bad, it was just average.
Faculty: The faculty members were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable but very few faculty members' teaching way was good. Teachers used to give notes as previous years questions used to repeat. We didn't get any industry exposure. It was the worst syllabus, still, using the old syllabus, it is not related to the latest technology.
