COOL AND GOOD ENVIRONMENT
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my courses is 40 to 45 % . My course average package is Rs. 3.5l per annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Adani , Tatva SoftExtra . Our course total students are 150; in there, 30 to 50 will get the internship. The course covers software engineering, junior engineering, embedded systems, VLSI, and several other related fields. The top roles of my course are Embedded and VLSI design.
Infrastructure: GEC Gandhinagar is running a total of 5 courses: EC , IT , IC , CE , ME . The GEC Gandhinagar infrastructure is good and cool. GEC Gandhinagar has separate hostels for boys and girls with comfortable accommodations. A well-stocked central library with thousands of books , magazines, and journals. Facilities for sports like table tennis, a playground, and more. High-speed internet across the campus.
Faculty: Students at GEC Gandhinagar generally report that the faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Many professors have advanced degrees and extensive experience , both academically and professionally. Teaching quality is often praised , with professors incorporating a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical applications in their sessions.
Other: Best things about GEC Gandhinagar are the practical experience, hands-on labs, and projects that really cement the theoretical knowledge. Qualified faculty, innovative environment . GEC Gandhinagar areas for improvement are the updated lab ,soft skill training , more workshops. GEC Gandhinagar events are the technical fests , cultural fest , clubs, and scientific , merit-based scholarships , sports, and fitness.

Will not be able to play with the gadget which is in front of you.
Placements: Not many companies come here for placements only companies like TCS are invited. Companies hiring for jobs belonging to E. C department are not there for on campus placements, So you are looking for jobs in electronics field than you need to find a job on your own.
Infrastructure: The building is good but the facilities available there are not. Wi-Fi is there but the speed is really slow, you will not be able to open a normal website without waiting for 1min. Professor are nice but the computers in the lab doesn't work most of the fans in the classrooms. The college is not well maintained. Hostel is nice, rooms are large cleaniness is properly maintained there and if we face any problem we can complain but the response may be delayed. There is no proper mess facilities but there are places were one can eat. The price is also moderate.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable but are not able bring interest in the courses. The practical knowledge of students is enhanced by the professors. No demos of projects is provided by the faculty. No collaborated project is built by both students and professors for the purpose of learning and knowledge & idea sharing. But One can take admission in biomedical department for learning about your field and industrial knowledge. The passing percentage is 33.5%. The difficulty of exam is moderate to high.

My college is suitable for those who need a good campus life and affordable fee structure.
Placements: So a total of 5-10 people got placed out of our 170-student batch. The highest was not that much, but it was around 4 LPA, and the lowest would be 2.5 LPA, with an average of 3 LPA. I don't remember the names of the companies that came to our college; some of them were Wipro, GIDC, TCS, etc. Internship opportunities were mostly acquired from outside the campus, with about 40-50% of students getting placements. Top roles are related to telecommunication tech field roles and some routes for the software side.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are not that good, honestly, because it is a government college. The space is big enough to roam around, sit, and work, but the facilities lack. Wi-Fi is not working on frequent days, and classrooms are not well maintained. The library is good and does have all the books that we need.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and always there to assist you; they are well-educated and know what they are doing. They are definitely knowledgeable and practical about things, which is a good aspect of our college. The curriculum is relevant, but it does not make students industry-ready; we have to make ourselves ready for the industry. Semester exams are good and not that easy to crack, so one has to prepare well for the exam to qualify and pass.
Other: I chose this because I had this government college option open for me, and I was qualified after giving the GUJCET exam. The best thing about my course is that the EC field is booming everywhere because of semiconductors and its relevance to the industry. I wish we had a dedicated sports and music area plus a committee. Events and fests are only organized when we students want to do something; we don’t get any funding from the college to organize any event. Well, that’s a drawback because you don’t get to see any fests.

Review of gec gandhinagar.
Placements: GEC Gandhinagar placed 30-40% of the students. The highest package is approximately INR 4.2 LPA and the minimum package is INR 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are like Info Chips, TCS, etc. The roles offered in the EC course are like service engineering, electronic engineering, software analyst, electron engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: GEC Gujarat is the best government college in Gujarat, which offers various courses like computer engineering, electronic and communication engineering, and biomedical engineering. This college has every amenity, such as a library, Wi-Fi, advanced labs, and so on. The hostel was quite good, and in the hostel there was no mess food available. GEC has its own cricket team and a supportive faculty.
Faculty: In GEC Gandhinagar, the teachers are very helpful and highly qualified; all the professors are masters in their fields. The professors take daily classes and lectures, and they are very supportive. The semester exam is actually of medium difficulty, but it is entirely dependent on your preparation and understanding of the concept.
