IISER- Thiruvananthapuram - Indian Institute of Science Education & Research has a good campus life and facilities. The institute offers 12 courses in the Science stream. From my perspective each IISER functions independently in terms of their course. The facilities provided might be different in both IISER. Rest there is no comparisons in subjects beacause Science remains everywhere.Currently, IISER'S are relatively new compared to other Science institutions in the country, which are well established and developed and so you have to decide which IISER you are comfortable with.
