Kirorimal college - a brilliant institution .
Placements: Many of my coursemates are pursuing master's degrees right now from various universities, such as Jawaharlal Nehru University, DU Law Faculty, and many other institutions. Some are placed in many law firms, and some are preparing for competitive exams right now. The highest package I've seen in my course was 25 LPA.
Infrastructure: The library, labs, and classrooms of the college are very neat and tidy. All the infrastructure and substance were available for science students. Every room has a projector for the help of students and teachers. The Wi-Fi availability of the college was also very good. The canteen experience was average as it doesn't have a good menu and taste in other food.
Faculty: The faculty is very friendly and helpful towards students. The curriculum of the course for all three years was very good and was giving very vast knowledge to every student. It included political thoughts, Indian political philosophy, public administration, international relations, global politics, and many more.
Other: I always loved political science and hence chose to pursue it further. Another reason was that Kirorimal College is the topmost-ranked college in the department of political science.

Best in everything - Kirori Mal College.
Placements: My course provides good placement opportunities as it is very diverse. Political science studies each and every ups and down of all around the world and it accesses our knowledge of every sphere, which makes us overall aware and acknowledges us with a vast study area.
Infrastructure: The college has provided all the essential necessities, such as Wi-Fi, good classrooms, a vast library with a huge amount of books that enlighten us and classrooms that are also big rooms with full ventilation and big desks. It is, in fact, the best infrastructure I have ever imagined.
Faculty: The curriculum of Political Science honors is very diverse in itself; it carries us from the pre-colonial to the post-colonial and even current parameters of the political system with public policy, administration, political theory and political thought. Exams are also done on a semester basis, which overall examines our knowledge capability. The faculty are very supportive of our college.

Exceeded the expectations.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is really good. It provides students with many placement opportunities through various companies. As per the Kirori Mal College NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during UG 3-year placements in 2023 stood at INR 7.2 LPA. A total of 358 students were placed, and 1,020 opted for higher studies out of a total of 1,714 students during UG 3-year placements in 2023. The average package for Political Science Honours at Kirori Mal College is around 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: I'm not very satisfied with the infrastructure of the college itself. The college campus is quite small, and there's not much to explore; it feels quite closed and tiny. The sports ground is also not very big, and there’s only one ground in the college, which limits sports variations for the students. The auditorium is still under construction, and there are no hostel facilities for girls in the college, which is a negative aspect.
Faculty: The faculty of my course is really knowledgeable and helpful. They teach us very well, and the curriculum is also good, helping us build a basic understanding of the course we are pursuing. The exam structure and the credits assigned to the exams are also quite good.
Other: My college batch is definitely the best batch I could ever have; the people here are really nice and fun. The crowd at the college is cool and enjoyable as well. All the seniors are very nice and always eager to help us anytime. I love being in Kirori Mal College. Life at KMC is lively, and the events, activities, and societies are such fun and active.

Kirori Mal - A New Journey.
Placements: Unlike other courses, History Honours is not teeming with placement opportunities. Many part-time internships based on social media marketing and cultural exploration are still offered and provide an opportunity to gain greater perspective and understanding.
Infrastructure: The facilities are overall quite amazing. The canteen is overall well maintained and is rarely empty. The college Wi-Fi is fast and good enough. The library is full of various books on different topics as well as required ones. However, at the end, everything is up to your perspective.
Faculty: The faculty is amazing. But like every other institution, there are some who are better at teaching than others. It's only a matter of the method of teaching. However, the overall curriculum is convenient and not very hard to crack at all. But it would not give an excuse for procrastination and laziness in studying at all.
Other: While taking admissions, be sure to choose the course you desire. Be open to others and you won't find any trouble. The seniors are friendly and will help you in every way.

Teaching staff of our college is too good. And infrastructure is also good.
Placements: In our course, there are minimum chances of getting placements. Placement companies mainly choose students from economic hons. And B.Com. (Hons). There are numerous options for internships in my course but placement companies do not choose us. 30%–40% of students in my course are involved in internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is quite good. Smart boards are available for us and a Wi-Fi facility is also given to us by our college. The facilities in the hostel are very good. The quality of the food is very impressive; even college staff come to the hostel mess for lunch. For sports activities, there is a proper sports union that manages all work related to sports.
Faculty: The teaching staff of our college is very helpful. The majority of professors are too much knowledgeable and the quality of teaching is also very good. In our course, we mainly study politics. It does not make us industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate; almost all students in my batch have passed them.
Other: I chose this course because I have too much interest in politics and I am always eager to learn about our constitution. This course is very beneficial for me. I think more practical things should be included in this course. Students should get chances to go to parliament and see the procedures for making laws there and how things get done.

To be at safer side, you should have at least 75+ % . If you are above 86%, you have secured your seat . Why not you can definitely give examination of IPS after BA (Hons.).
