    Glimpse of NITC and Opportunities.
Placements: In Electronics and Communication Engineering, about 88 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package is 34 Lacs, the lowest package is 6 Lacs, and the average package is about 13 Lacs rupees. Oracle, Air India, and TCS are one of the top recruiters in my course. Internship opportunities are very huge, with companies like Texas Instruments, and Oracle providing high-stipend internships.
Infrastructure: The Electronics department has 2 blocks which contain many labs. The classrooms are occupied with Wi-Fi, projectors, and good benches. The central library is one of the main attractions, having Wi-Fi, and a digital library with AC. Study places with and without AC facilities are available. The food quality is highly good. There is a 24/7 medical ambulance and health center for NITC students only.
Faculty: In each semester, a subject is given 100 marks, divided between mid-sem, end-sem, and internal marks. Teachers are highly qualified, holding degrees, Masters, and Doctorates, and are experienced. Teaching quality is bad. The course curriculum is up-to-date and industry-relevant. The exams are difficult, and the pass rate is about 89 percent.
Other: The fests include Tathva, and Ragam, which are the best in South India. The sports facilities are very good, such as football courts, badminton, cricket ground, and so on.

Academic and social life at NITC.
Placements: Around 80-90% of students get placed, with the highest package being around 30 LPA and the lowest being around 7 LPA. Top companies like Texas Instruments and Goldman Sachs come for placements. So far, only 3-4 students have gotten internships from Texas and other companies. The roles offered were Software Engineer and others.
Infrastructure: The hostel is very good, especially when compared with other colleges. The Wi-Fi and washrooms are good, and the rooms are very good. The college infrastructure is good, and the labs and classrooms are decent and well-equipped. The food is decent, and canteens are available. Sports and gaming are also fine. The faculty is very good.
Faculty: The faculty is very good and is very helpful if we approach them correctly. All the teachers are qualified, and the course is very relevant and practical, which makes sense because the students are industry-ready. However, the semester is difficult compared to other colleges, and the pass percentage is only about 40% per subject.
Other: The crowd and campus life at NITC is good. If you make friends, it is a lot of fun. The events and fests are a lot of fun.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and good infrastructure.
Placements: Many people got placements and to get placement you need at least a 7 CGPA. Everywhere it's the same thing and it's pretty hard for an average student to get placements usually in higher packages but can try hard and get it.
Infrastructure: Everything is good. Sports and medical facilities are good. Mess and canteens are not so good but we can manage and coming to mess food, the taste is not constant some days it good and rest its uneatable but it's fine because we have so many messes and canteens.
Faculty: Semester exams are so hard. So we prepare deeply to score good or average marks and that's pretty hard to score in semester exams. Also, the internals are pretty hard and moderate sometimes but we need to cope with the syllabus which they have been teaching.
Other: Fests like Ragam N Tathva are good and we too have clubs. They gonna keep many Fests in college so that we can have fun and enjoy ourselves.

A college with strong academics and placements, vibrant campus life, and more industry exposure.
Placements: NIT Calicut reports strong placement rates. It is around 85-95%. In recent times, the highest salary package offered is around 40 LPA - 45 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 8 LPA - 14 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 5 LPA. Top MNCs like Microsoft, TCS, and Goldman Sachs., visit our college. Around 80-90% of students secure internships every year.
Infrastructure: Our college provides academic facilities like high-speed Wi-Fi, labs, a library, and classrooms. Hostels are well-maintained with basic needs such as furniture, water supply, and electricity. Each room has a chair, bed, desk, Wi-Fi, and cupboard. The mess offers a variety of food items in South and North Indian style. All messes are good on campus except 1 or 2. There are around 2-3 canteens on campus. A health center and an ambulance are available for medical services. Students can participate in sports. Inter-NIT sports are conducted.
Faculty: Most faculty members have advanced degrees. They are Ph.D holders from reputed institutions in India or abroad. Their teaching methods balance with theory and practical applications. Faculty members are available for students on or off classes. The curriculum is regularly updated with industry trends and technology advancements. Exams at NIT Calicut are designed to be challenging but fair. The pass percentage is 85%.
Other: Reasons for choosing this course are strong academic reputation, industry connections, hands-on learning, etc. The best aspects of this group are a relevant and updated curriculum, placement opportunities, research and innovation, nice hosts, and vibrant fests like Ragam and Thatva. Many extracurricular activities areconducted.

It is the best college because of faculty members.
Placements: Placements here are good, but not perfect. The highest salary package offered was 31 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 14 LPA. I am not sure about the companies, but sometimes the placement rates are high, though not every time. It is still a better college for placements compared to many local colleges.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure here is full of trees and enjoys frequent rains. Those who like this rainy condition can join here. The weather is very good. Hostel rooms do not have Wi-Fi, but they have Ethernet connections for PCs and laptops. Hostel room structure is good.
Faculty: Faculty members here at NIT Calicut are good, but not perfect. It is okay to join here as it is better than many other colleges, but not all. Exams are tough, but solving them helps boost memory. Teachers are kind and supportive.
