CSIR NET Application Form Correction 2024: Get Direct Link & Check Changes Allowed

CSIR NET Application Form 2024 was released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) along with the notification for December session on December 9, 2024. Interested candidates could fill out the CSIR NET 2024 Application Form by registering on the official website until January 2, 2025.

CSIR NET Application Form for June 2024 session was released by the NTA from May 1 to 27, 2024. The conduction of the CSIR NET 2024 exam is entrusted to the National Testing Agency (NTA) by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) to determine the eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (LS) in Indian universities and colleges.

While filling the CSIR NET application form, it's recommended to keep the following documents and information handy:

1. Scanned copy of your photography and signature in the specified format and size
2. Academic records such as mark sheets, certificates, and degree certificates
3. Category certificate (if applicable) for OBC/SC/ST/PwD candidates
4. Valid photos ID proof such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driver's License, etc.
5. Details of your educational qualifications such as name of the board/university, year of passing, marks obtained, etc.
6. Email ID and mobile number for registration and future communication
7. Net banking/debit card/credit card details for payment of application fee

It's important to ensure that all the documents and information provided are accurate and up-to-date to avoid any issues during the application process.

CSIR UGC NET application fee is INR 1,150 for the General category, INR 600 for the OBC-NCL category and INR 325 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates. Candidates can pay their requisite fees on online mode through netbanking/credit card/debit card/UPI. After submitting the application fee, your application form will be provisionally accepted by the NTA. If NTA founds any discrepancy in the application form, the candidature of the candidate will be rejected at any time-point of exam. Candidates whose application form has been submitted successfully can download their CSIR NET confirmation page. Candidates are advised to keep the confirmation page in a printed format for future purposes.

The NTA released the CSIR NET 2024 application form for the December session in an online mode on the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in on December 9, 2024. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the application form. Those candidates who have successfully filled out the application form will be issued the CSIR UGC NET 2024 admit card. The last date to apply is January 2, 2025 (extended). 

No, there is no provision to fill the CSIR NET application form in offline mode. Candidates have to fill the CSIR NET form in the online mode only on the official website of the exam. Application received through offline channels will not be entertained at any cost. Online application submission is necessary to write the CSIR NET exam. Any type of offline application sent to NTA will not be entertained at any cost.
