NIT Srinagar Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: As for the placements, they are pretty good every year. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, Vedanta, Tata Elxsi and Powergrid pick up the students with the potential to work under their guidance. The placement percentage for ECE in the year 2023 was about 89%.

Placements: About 80 percent of the students from our college got placed. The highest package is INR 45 lacs per annum. The lowest package is INR 5 lacs per annum. The average package is INR 7 lacs per annum. About 70 percent of students got internships. The top role offered is software development.

Placements: Placements are average as compared to non-core branches. Almost 60-70% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 18.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. Many top recruiting companies are Vedantu, EIL, GAIL, ONGC, etc. Many students got internships in this course. Top roles offered are engineer associate, deputy manager, etc.

Placements: Nearly 75% of students get placement at NIT Srinagar. In all branches combined, the highest package is INR 42 LPA, the lowest is INR 8 LPA, and the average is INR 12 LPA. IBM, ABB, Finisar, Intel, Polaris, Indian Oil, etc. companies visit for placement. Almost all get internships at different IITs and NITs, and companies like Microsoft are taking students for internships. Manager, etc., jobs are offered.

Placements: Approximately 80% of the total students got placed on campus. 15 % students opted for higher studies while rest are those who are preparing for government jobs and other civil services. 100% students get placed. The highest package is 44 Lacs, the lowest package is 8 Lacs and average is 16 Lacs.

Placements: Many of our seniors got placed in good companies with good salary packages. Technical branch students get placed with good salary packages but core branches get less offers. Many PSUs like BHEL and OIL visit our college to offer placements. the salary package offered is above 12 LPA.

Placements: I am 2023 passing out batch and in my branch 85% students are placed with more than 2 offers in hand. The highest package in private companies is around 13LPA from Vedanta and average package is around 6LPA. Top recruiters are Vedanta, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Projects, Cairn Oil and many more. Along with these PSUs also came for placement like BEL GAIL, BPCL till now. Roles offered are GET, Management trainee.

Placements: Internships and placements are very good at this college. You can do internships in any private or government companies. The top roles offered are software developer, engineer, business analyst, product engineer, chemical engineer, and trainer. The maximum salary package offered was 50 LPA. The minimum salary package offered was 10 LPA. The average salary package offered was 20 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 25 LPA. Placements: In every stream, around 70 percent of students get placed, and the rest go for GATE and higher studies. In mechanical, the highest package is INR 22 LPA, and the average is INR 6–8 LPA in companies like GAIL, BHEL, Vedanta, etc. Every student is eligible for an internship. College is good for preparing for the PSU, UPSC, GATE, and other examinations.

Placements: Our class has 87 students. Almost 97% of students got placed in our college. Our college has a good placement record. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Amazon, etc. Our college provides internship opportunities where they will give you projects.

Placements: Placements are increased in our college over the recent years as the institute reported an increase of 85% placements. Around 90% of placements are provided in our branch with an average salary package of 15 LPA to 20 LPA and the highest salary package is 40 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Tesla, Suzuki, Tata, etc.

Placements: Approximately 65%–70% of students have been placed so far. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the highest is 30 LPA. Recruiters are companies like Samsung, Oracle, Optum, etc. Internships are mandatory for 45 days.

Placements: During the placement drive of 2020, the highest CTC stood at INR 22 LPA which is offered by Oil India Limited and the average CTC stood at INR 13 LPA. In the Placement drive of 2020, Lowest India offered the CTC of INR 19.4LPA to the students of CSE, IT and ECE and Gail Limited also offered the CTC of INR 18 LPA. Some of the other top recruiters of NIT Srinagar are HCL, Honda, HP, Indian Oil, Reliance, IBM, Vedanta and many more.

Placements: Placements in NIT Srinagar are on an average level where you can find companies like Vedanta, Infosys, etc. Percentage of placements falls around 55% if you got good CGPA and communication skills. My friend got internship in IIT Rourkela from NIT Srinagar which is a good opportunity for achieving higher studies.
