Candidate who have passed HSC i.e., 10+2 in any one of the Vocational Subject (Basic Mechanical Engineering/ Basic Electrical Engineering/ Basic Electronics Engineering/ Basic Civil Engineering/ Basic Automobile Engineering/ Textile Technology) with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with above mentioned minimum average percentage put together are also eligible to apply.

Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognized institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile.
Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.

Good infrastructure and college.
Placements: The placement opportunities are average when compared to other college. The average salary package is around 4 LPA. The highest salary package is around 8 LPA. Top recruiters are Raunaq Foundations, Infra Market, etc. The roles offered by these companies were Trainee engineer and Engineer Trainee.
Infrastructure: The college has all adequate facilities. The department blocks have all facilities. The laboratories are quite old. The library was good and it has good internet speed. The hostel has all necessary facilities. There were around 200 rooms in a hostel block. The food quality was also very good.
Faculty: The staffs are good. They were well talented. They help the students gain knowledge in the subject. The course curriculum was relevant to the field. They conduct 8 semesters for the whole course as per Anna University. The semester exams were easy if we studied.

Placements: The placement percentage of the students was 70% every year. The salary package ranges from 2.4 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiters were CTS, L&T Infotech, Kaar Teach, Sobha develops, Deejos interiors. The students should do an internship in their 6th semester on their own.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was excellent. The college campus was well maintained. The classrooms, Laboratories, library were maintained and were neat and clean. The food provided in the mess was good. The hostel has all the facilities. The hostel medical facilities are very responsible.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and they are well talented. The course curriculum is relevant to the field. But in civil engineering, site knowledge is must and must survive in the field, so we need to do internship during our college period. The semester exams are easy.

Placements: The placement opportunities are good. But I feel are somewhat lesser than other colleges. The highest salary package is 4 LPA. The basic salary package is 15000 per month. Top recruiters are Sobha develops, Ashiana Housing Ltd, Brigade Enterprises. Top roles offered are GET, MT.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. The hostel has all facilities. The hostels and departments are separate for boys and girls. The food provided in the mess is also good, provides both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The medical team is active. But sport facilities are limited.
Faculty: The teachers and staffs are well qualified. Their teaching quality is awesome and very helpful. They guide the students very well. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry. The semester exams are moderate. Passing the exams are based on the individual students performance.

Placements: The college was excellent. However, the placement opportunities provided by the college were comparatively less than in the past, possibly due to the recession. The placement percentage this year was 77%. Top roles offered were Graduate Engineering Trainee, Management Trainee, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has all the adequate facilities. The food provided in the mess was good, with a variety of options available. Both veg and non-veg meals were offered. The sports facilities are limited, except for students with sports quota. The classrooms, hostel, and mess were well-maintained.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful in guiding the students. The course curriculum is relevant to the subject. Students can do internships, which will help them gain extra knowledge. The semester exams are easy. There are 8 semesters in the entire course. The pass percentage is 50% in each subject.
Other: May bring some changes in rules and regulation.
