Modern College of Engineering with a modern way of education.
Placements: Placement ratio is high, comparatively high, in modern PES college as compared to other colleges. Most of the students from my batch were placed in reputed companies like TCS, Tata, Wipro and others. Also, students are placed before the final exams. The highest packages are 6 to 7 lacs given to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college campus is good and friendly. Classrooms are also good with provided college wi-fi, and the college has a good canteen with affordable rates of food. The instruments and practical labs are well-equipped with required machines and instruments and also provide actual training to students.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is good and very helpful to all students and they also support and motivate students for different and unique projects that may be selected at different higher levels. Course curriculum is set according to SPPU University. Semester exams are quite difficult and passing criteria is 50% of total marks.
Other: I chose these over other courses because electrical engineering has future scope. The college also organizes different events, fests, annual gatherings, and annual functions and competitions. The college is also located in the main area of Pune, so many facilities are available nearby.

Absolutely dissatisfied with campus amenities, infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 1) Nearly 65-75% get placed in our branch.
2) The highest package from our branch was INR 11.5 LPA, whereas the lowest was INR 3 LPA for the 2022–23 batch.
3) Top recruitment companies like Cognizant, Persistent, LTI, and Bajaj are coming for placement.
4) 50–60% of students got internships in IT companies but 40–50% of students got internships in core companies like KPIT.
5) For our course, two major roles are offered in industry: embedded development and autosar development.
Infrastructure: 1) A Wi-Fi facility is available with decent speed.
2) There is also a separate computer lab for our department. All the other labs are good.
3) There is one main central library, and other than that, separate departmental libraries are also available.
4) The canteen facility is also good but it can be better.
5) For sports purposes, the college provides many opportunities for students.
Faculty: 1) The teaching staff is good and has good knowledge of their subjects. Also, they are very helpful and understandable when you need them.
2) The course curriculum is good but not enough to prepare students to get ready for industry. The overall curriculum is mostly based on theoretical knowledge rather than practical so this is the major drawback of the curriculum.
3) Semester exams are difficult at a moderate level. 70–80 students get passed easily.
Other: 1) I chose this branch as a backup option because I didn't get into the CS/IT branch. The best thing about this course is that even though there is a lack of practical knowledge, students imagination and innovation abilities are developed. I would suggest that if you are trying to get into the core branch, then this is a good college for you.
2) In my opinion, the curriculum should be more practical-based than theoretical, or at least 50–50%.
3) College festivals are also organized in the months of April and May. The college has started a skill development program for students to enhance their soft skills, which is a very good thing. There are also many clubs available so students don't get bored in college. Other than that, NSS activities also happen in college.

It is a very prestigious campus to get a boost for one's career.
Placements: Around 80-100% of students get placed every year in our college. Many students got good salary packages. Many students got placed with a salary package of 15 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA. Our college provides very good internships. All students got internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in our college. All labs are well-designed. All equipment is present in labs. Our college provided a library. It has many books. It is air-conditioned. Classrooms are very good with projectors and black and green boards.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to students. They can solve any problem of all students. They are very good at their respective subjects. The course makes us industry-ready.
Other: It is an electrical engineering course. It is a core branch, so students can switch to the core and information technology sectors.

This college has good placement and supportive teachers.
Placements: About 80% of placements are in our course. The highest package is approximately 10 LPA and the average package is 3.5 LPA. Many companies came to our college among them the top recruiting companies are Pari, TCS, Wipro, and Mahindra Rise. In our batch internship is provided to nearly all students in online/offline mode.
Infrastructure: Our campus is not remarkable as it has only one L shape building, but practical labs and libraries are good. The projector is available in every classroom also Wi-Fi is provided to every student. The quality of facilities is up to the mark. Varieties of food available in the canteen with good quality.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is decided by University and followed by the college. The semester exam is not that difficult if you study only 1-2hr each day. Teachers have good knowledge of their respective subjects.
Other: I chose the course because I have an interest and knowledge in electrical. Things that should improve in our course is that college should bring more core companies for placements. There are various events taken in our college like blood donations camp, Spandan, Electra, etc. There are many clubs in our college which are very active and arranges various activity. NSS club, Rotaract, Mpulse, Mars Club, Seeds of Hope, etc.

Our college has good and very helpful teachers and remarkable placements.
Placements: This year, our placements are above 70%. Many students are able to get placements but mostly in the IT sector. There are very few core companies that visit our college for placements. For our department, the highest salary package offered is 10 LPA by Byjus company, and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Byjus, and many other IT companies along with Mahindra Rise, KSB, and Zensar. Many students are placed mostly in these companies. The college provided internships to around 80-90% of students in renewable energy, IoT, AIML, and PLC to get industrial knowledge. Overall, the college is very supportive of placements and internships.
Infrastructure: The college is not very huge but the infrastructure, labs, and classrooms are very good with projector in every classroom. The library facility is also excellent with Wi-Fi availability. The canteen of our college provides various food items with good quality food. Our college has cricket team, gym and a few sports activities.
Faculty: The teachers of our college along with HOD are very helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is excellent. Mentors are provided to each students to solve their technical problems and personal problem so that they feel familiar with college. The pass percentage for semester exam is approximately 90%.
Other: Interest in EV and opportunities in the government sector bring me to the electrical engineering field. There should be some improvements like college should bring more core companies to college. College has many clubs like Electra, Rotaract, NSS, seeds of hope, and many more. They arrange many events, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities on campus.
