Completely satisfied, good.
Placements: Almost 90% of students were placed. The lowest was 3 LPA, the average was 10 LPA, and the highest was 30 LPA. Companies like IBM, Dell, and Google recruited, with 85% of students getting internships in companies such as Dell and Google in semiconductor engineering and many other top roles offered with good packages.
Infrastructure: We get free Wi-Fi, and we have labs and classrooms with access to the library. The quality of the hostel is good, and the food is also good. There are many sports and games, as well as numerous clubs in the college for students to join, including many technical clubs.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and teach in an efficient way for us to understand. It does make students industry-ready. Almost everyone passes the exams given in college; they are not very difficult. Teachers prepare us properly for the semester exams to help us score really well.
Other: I chose this course because I am really interested in studying semiconductors. The campus crowd is really good, and there are many activities happening in college, along with various scholarships and clubs.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, good placements, really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Above 85% of students were placed in my course from previous years. The highest was 35 lacs. The lowest was 4 lacs. Bel, Infosys, a Japanese company, Amazon, etc. are the top recruiters. About 80 percent of students got internship opportunities. Top roles are offered in core, software, instrumentation, hardware, etc.
Infrastructure: They have good academic facilities. We have Wi-Fi, labs with AC, a classroom with good ventilation, a library with AC and unlimited books to issue. The food quality in hostels is not great, like in every other college hostel. But the canteen food is great and pocket-friendly. The college has sports teams that students can apply to join.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good, and some are bad. All the teachers have PhDs in their respective subjects. The teaching quality is okay. It's somewhat relevant, but of course one must do extra work to become industry-ready. The semester exams are quite moderate and if prepared, we'll easily score well. The pass percentage is 35 percent.
Other: They are not as strict as compared to other colleges. I chose this course because I was interested in electronics, researched about instrumentation and thought it was a booming career option. The fests and extracurricular activities could be better.

I am satisfied with the faculty and placements. The infrastructure and campus are also good.
Placements: Most people do get placed in my college, even if it is a low package. About 85% are placed, with the highest salary being 2 crore per annum, the lowest 3 lakh per annum, and the average around 6-7 lakh per annum. IBM, BEL, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon are some of the recruitment companies. Internship is compulsory for 3rd and 4th years, and it is easily available in fields like electronics engineering, semiconductor, Verilog, and control systems.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. Wi-Fi is available, along with well-equipped labs, non-AC classrooms, and a library. The hostels are average; the quality of food is not the best but hygienic and manageable. The college canteen offers good quality food at affordable prices. The college has a hospital just a few meters away, so medical facilities are great. Sports and games are available but not the highlight of our college.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified, as all must have a Ph.D. in their subjects. The teaching quality varies; some are very good, while others are not as effective. It provides a solid foundation in the course material but does not make students industry-ready. Students should develop additional skills on their own. The semester exams are of average difficulty, not very easy or hard.
Other: I have always been interested in electronics due to the semiconductor industry. The best thing about my course is that it is a legitimate engineering program that teaches you a lot. I hope the involvement and importance of my course increase over time. The events are not as grand as those at other colleges, but they do have a few events and fests, with KR fest being the most iconic.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Our class has 66 students. Almost 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Mitsubishi and Texas Instruments. Our college provides internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. Its speed is 10 GB per day. They charge Rs. 7000 per year for Wi-Fi. The food served in the mess is not good. The hostel facilities are not good.
Faculty: Our college has well-trained faculty members. They are highly qualified. They have good knowledge of all subjects. They are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum has many subjects. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not much difficult. All questions are repeated from the previous year's question papers.
Other: I opted for this course because of my Diploma CET ranking. Many events and fests are held in our college.

I Am Satisfied with the Faculty, Placements in 2024, Good Infrastructure, and Facilities.
Placements: Most students get placed in my course, about 85 percent. IBM, BEL, Google, Amazon, etc., are some top recruiting companies. Semiconductor-related roles, Verilog, electronics, etc., are some of the positions offered. Highest package: 1 crore per annum; average: 6 LPA; lowest: 3 LPA. Most students get internships from college because it is compulsory.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. Wi-Fi is available throughout the college. There are AC labs and non-AC spacious classrooms. The library is very resourceful, with a library for each block. The quality of food in the hostel mess is not great, but the food in the college canteen is affordable and of good quality. There is a hospital located just a few meters away from the college. The sports and games facility is decent.
Faculty: The teachers of the college are all PhD holders, so they are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is decent, depending on the instructors. This course curriculum is worth it and relevant as it changes every year. It does not make them fully industry-ready but is relevant. The semester exams are average—not very hard or easy.
Other: I was always interested in electronics as a branch, so I opted for this course. I wish we had more exposure to industry working experience. We have a fest every year during Kannada Rajyothsava. The fests available to us are not great. The campus crowd is quite good. There is the option of a scholarship.

MSRIT is one of the best engineering colleges in Karnataka. But, Instrumentation Technology department is not up to the mark. If you wish to pursue the same, then try for RVCE, PESIT, BMSCE, Dayanada Sagar or BIT. If you go through COMEDK quota then the approximate fees would be around 1.4 lakhs per
