I am not satisfied with its faculty members and rules.
Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Internships are not offered in this college.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good except for food because they do not provide food directly. We need to buy food daily from the canteen. Laboratory is not up to the mark. Classrooms are well-maintained. Sports are conducted in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members are not good at their teaching subject. Few faculty members are teaching irrelevant subjects. The course curriculum is not relevant. Semester exams are conducted very well. If we study one day before exams, we can score good marks.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Our college should remove some rules. It is a very strict college.

A good college to pursue engineering
Placements: 13k per annum is the lowest average package offered per annum in our course. Top companies recruit students from our course. 70% students will get part-time jobs and software developer is the top role offered to students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the college campus. Classrooms and laboratories are very neat and clean. There is one college library and other is a common university library. The students can use any of the libraries. Food facilities are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They clarify our doubts clearly. The course curriculum is practical and involves industrial visit also. The passing percentage is 80% and anyone working hard with proper guidance from teachers can pass the semester exam easily.
Other: I have chosen this course as CSE is in demand these days and the number of jobs is also very high. Everything is good in our college. Fest is conducted yearly.

Partially satisfied with the course and satisfied with facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: It was pretty good. In our batch many of us have been placed in the top most companies, 99%were placed in our batch and our seniors batch. The lowest salary offered by them was 10,000 and the average salary was 15,000. Capgemini, Amazon. Many of the companies were visited. We have a placement cell in our college, we always have a drive, we used to interact with others, they come from different sectors.
Infrastructure: We have the best infrastructure. Our classrooms, library are much more attractive. But our Wi-Fi data was provided very limited. We use to play every day in our college playground, our coach guides us. Canteen was awesome, but sometimes we had problem with food. Our hostel rooms were excellent.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful. The quality of teaching was better not bad but they only graduates. But some of the faculty helped us a lot. They instructed and inspired us too.

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.E./B.Tech Programs at Saveetha School of Engineering

Here's an overview of the placement cell's performance:

* Placement Rate: Approximately 70-80% of students are placed, with most being offered jobs in the IT sector.
* Average Salary Package: The average salary offered ranges between INR1,20,000 to INR3,00,000 per month.
* Top Recruiting Companies: Companies like Tech Mahindra, Qspiders, Infosys, Amazon, and others visit the campus for recruitments.
* Internship Opportunities: Although internships are not provided by the college, students have to search for opportunities themselves.

However, some students mention that the placement process could be improved:

* Limited Guidance: Some students feel that there is no proper guidance from the placement department, making it challenging to secure internships and jobs.
* Lack of Information: Some students reported not having enough information about the placement process, company visits, and interview schedules.
