It is one of the best private colleges.
Placements: Around 40% of students got placed in campus placements till now. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, the lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Accenture, Ugam Solutions, Hexaware and many more. 20% of students get internships in small companies. Roles offered in my course are data analyst, software engineer etc.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi facilities with good internet speed. We have 6 labs, and each lab has Wi-Fi, printers and scanners. There is a server room that handles all machines present in 6 labs. Our college has a library. Our college has projectors for presentations. Workshops and seminar halls are also available.
Faculty: I am absolutely satisfied with the college. Our placement cell is very good. They always try to provide better placements in the best companies. I chose the information technology course because this is booming nowadays. The college doesn't have a hostel. But we have a great canteen on campus. The college fests are great. Students get fee benefits according to their categories. Student section services is also good. The campus is beautiful.
Other: Our faculty members are caring and knowledgeable. They always try to provide the best knowledge to us. They are supportive. Their teaching quality is good. Our curriculum is quite better because we get basic knowledge of industries which is covered in our curriculum. Semester exams are good. The pass percentage is 70-80%.

It is an average engineering college. I would not recommend anyone to join, but it's not that bad.
Placements: There were 17 students. Six of them got placed. Infosys and TCS are the top recruiters. Many got internships in companies nearby. It is hard to get placed in a core company. If you have good grades, you'll get placed by more than 150 top recruiters every year.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are clean. The infrastructure of the college is good. The college gym is not good and lacks equipment. The canteen is good. There is a variety of foods to try, but it is costly as well. Sports and games are not good since the management is very stingy. The college library is excellent for students. It has Wi-Fi and AC. Wi-Fi is also available on campus and in the hostel. Hostels are comfortable.
Faculty: Teachers are good and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is per the KTU syllabus. It does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are a bit difficult, and the pass percentage is about 70%.
Other: The thing I like about our college is that during the time of festivals, the college vibe is good. Extracurricular activities do not exist here.

Good college. Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There is a 40% chance for a student to get placement in both software engineering and hardware engineering. Below 70% of students got internships. But overall, the college is good. They train for interviews and other tests. Companies are available abroad.
Infrastructure: Libraries are good; they provide reference text and can be borrowed there. Poor network connection, but they have Wi-Fi. Classrooms are not bad. Provide a smart class. Whiteboards. Always keep neat and clean. Washrooms are also good. Hostel accommodation is also good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. 1, 2 faculty members show partiality. The exam was conducted with no malpractice. There are two internal exams conducted, which provide a good future for the student. Faculty members are friendly. Electronics and communication is hard to study, but it is a good course.

This college is clean. It provides good placements and facilities.
Placements: Amazon placements cell provides assistance for the overall development of our student's personalities and thus makes them ready for placements activities. The department organises on and off-campus as well as pooled campus recruitments and pre-placements training programs through aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews, and presentation skills. The training programs offered enable students to identify their strengths and weaknesses and select strategies for improvement. Besides, students extend intensive support for their career development. The best of the companies today are looking for candidates who possess not only technical knowledge but also communication skills. The placements cell ensures that the students of SSET imbibe the right attitudes to make them invaluable in a corporate environment. It is geared up to ensure the most opportune placements for all the students who have cleared all courses, have good marks, are active in extra-curricular activities, and have attended personality development, and aptitude training programs.
Infrastructure: It provides separate hostels for men and women on the campus. The men's hostels can accommodate 489 students and the ladies' hostel can accommodate 390 students. There is a separate hostel for first-year boys on the campus. Security personnel has been deployed at the hostels round the clock.
Faculty: It is the first engineering college in the self-finance scheme to offer basic branches like civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering right from the first year of establishment of the institution. Over the years it has added more courses in electronics and communication, computer science, automobile engineering at the B.Tech level and MCA and M.Tech at the postgraduate level. SSET has a total sanctioned intake capacity of 660 students in six branches of B.Tech, 132 students in six branches of M.Tech, and 60 students of MCA. SSET recognized as a center of excellence, offers courses in traditional engineering as well as technology-based disciplines. Question paper is not put by the college., and it is by this university. The pass percentage is 87%.

Good faculty members but less placements.
Placements: Out of the total students (with backlogs and without) only 35-40 % were placed from college. The highest was 8 lacks, average was 4 lacks and the lowest was 1.2 lacks. Infosys and Federal bank were the top recruiting companies. Almost all have done an internship during the end of 4th semester and BSNL was the top one in my course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in my college was average when we compare to other colleges. There were no Wi-Fi facility at that time and class room lacked a common computer during my period. I was a day scholar and the canteen food was of above average quality and I think college didn't gave that much importance to sports during my period.
Faculty: The teachers were really helpful and they have motivated and supported us for all the time. They were properly qualified with high degree. The quality was upto the mark. I really feel that the syllabus followed was an old one which doesn't make a student ready to face industry challenges.
Other: Since this era is technology driven and I want my life to be well paced, so I wanted to gain more knowledge in this area and also the communication sector was undergoing a rapid change at that time. The syllabus should contain more practical applications that theory. The college had several events and fest and one can barely see a vacant chair during a programme.
