Placements: In my department, totally 65% of students got placed. They have teached the skills which help to get placed. The lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum. The highest package is 9 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies like TCS, ACCENTURE, and CTS. My department 30% of students get internships. Software developed and Designer.
Infrastructure: A well-developed infrastructure is essential for creating a conducive learning and living environment in educational institutions. Hostels and college labs play a pivotal role in shaping the overall experience of students. In hostels, good infrastructure encompasses well-ventilated and spacious rooms equipped with necessary furniture such as beds, study tables, and wardrobes. Recreational facilities like common rooms with TVs, indoor games, and gymnasium contribute to students' physical and mental well-being. Nice college which is student friendly.
Placements: The average percentage of students who were placed in our course is 75%. The highest salary package is 8 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package salary package is 3 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Tata Motors and Rolls Royce. Approximately 60% of students secured internships.
Infrastructure: There were many such facilities in the college, such as Wi-Fi access that was available. We had classrooms in all the classes, and the labs were well managed and organized with good quality chairs. There were all kinds of ways we could get hands-on experience. I don't live in a hostel because I live in my house.
Faculty: To be honest, from the mech faculty, the teachers were not so good and guided the students well, especially the HOD of the mech department, who was not at all helpful with our project submission. Also, the exams were easy, and reviewing the syllabus was good for us to be industry-ready, but it did build foundation courses for us.

I am dissatisfied with the college, and it is not worth for money and infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 35% of the students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Kar Tech, and HCL visit the campus but they aren't matching with our stream background. No one got interns as they restrict students to do internships from their interest. The machine operator is the role offered.
Infrastructure: Our library is good, and the facilities provided are very average. Infrastructure is also average. Mobile phones are prohibited. Classrooms are average. Hostel is not preferable, and medical facilities are good. Canteen in our college is average. Sports are allowed on one day of the entire year. There are no games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, but some people are not knowledgeable. Some teach by copying from notes they have. The course curriculum is not relevant and it doesn't train students for industry-ready. They don't give students practical knowledge. They prepare students to pass their examinations. The pass percentage is 75 %.
Other: I choose mechanical engineering because my super seniors suggested it. They advertised like no.1 college in Pondicherry. But there it is not such and they promote fake news of placement percentage as 97 % and even this is not true. I realised this after I joined the college. They are fully business motive people but the staff is good. Management is pushing the staff to do create a financial boost to management by adding a student and they get commission on this.

Best college in Pondicherry. Good placements and good companies.
Placements: 96 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 11 Lacs. The lowest package is 4.5 Lacs. TCS, ZOHO is the top recruiting companies for the course. 50 percent of students got internship in various companies.
Infrastructure: There are two physics labs which is skillfully designed and airy with a capacity to accommodate 32 students in each lab. The lab is appealingly designed with polished ceramics tiles and a separate dark room. Each lab has 8 working tables with granite top. Each table has electrical facility with storage cupboards.
Faculty: Teachers clear all our doubts and clarify all our queries. Very talented and friendly teachers. They help students with all their troubles in their careers. Prepare student for various activities related to their course and education.

Enjoyed the college days with friendly faculty, good placement with infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: About 70% of the all cleared students got placed in companies like TCS, Tech mahindra, Sutherland, india wheels, etc. The highest package offered is 2.65 Lacs per year during training for first six months and 3.25 Lacs per year after training and the lowest package offered is 1.85 Lacs per annum. Top role is associate software engineer. About 10% of students got internship by their own.
Infrastructure: Labs are very good. There are very good machines at lathe shop and very well facilitated computer labs. Hostel and mess are not highly facilitated but good. Food quality and quantity are better at medium Price itself. Sports events are not conducted in campus but very big grounds are available with basketball court.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified with strong knowledge in subject but there is no industrial knowledge. Teaching quality is very good. Some of the teachers are friendly and some be annoying. If we use the placement training properly, 100% sure we will get placed with good package.
Other: I had choose this course because of my interest in the machine, automobile, design, etc. Mechanical engineering is base for all machines, automobiles, scientific research, robotics, etc. Studying other than curriculum subject makes more better to become an better engineer after four years. No events will be conducted with in the campus but OD will be given to attend the outside function.
