- MCQ Marks: Total marks (1 marks) + Total marks (2 marks)

Yes, candidates can appear for the JEE Mains exam without 75% marks in their qualifying exam. The 75% criteria is only applicable at the time of admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs and for appearing in JEE Advanced.
