JEE Main 2022 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in four session: February, March, April and May. The exact schedule and JEE Main 2022 exam date will be announced soon. Yes you have a high chance of getting a seat in JEE Mains as the PWD students have lower cut off marks so 40-80 should be sufficient enough. 

And PWD students get 5% seat reservations so the chances are high.
