CEE releases the trial test admission slips for candidates who opt in through the KEAM application to participate in the trial test. The trial test admission slip is exclusively for the KEAM 2025 trial exam, and not for the actual exam day. What to Do in Case of Discrepancy in KEAM Admit Card 2025?

  • In case of any discrepancy in the KEAM 2025 hall ticket, candidates should immediately inform the authorities at CEE, Kerala admission authority.
  • In case any discrepancy is found during the scrutiny of the KEAM application form, a memo is sent to the candidates while downloading the hall ticket.
  • The memo will contain the list of errors or missing documents to be produced or uploaded at the time of the KEAM application correction process.
  • Candidates can correct defects through the links provided on its official website.

KEAM 2025 Admit Card Not Issued to These Candidates

The following candidates are not issued the KEAM admit card 2025:

  • Admit cards are not issued to individuals with defects in uploaded photographs or signatures. Candidates with defects in their uploaded photograph or signature can review these issues by accessing the 'Memo Details' menu on their profile page. Candidates with photograph or signature defects can only receive their admit cards after rectifying the issues by uploading the correct files using the provided links.
  • KEAM admit cards are not issued to those who do not upload their Class X certificate or have defects in said certificate, or still owe a balance in application fees. Failure to rectify any mentioned defects before the specified date will result in the non-issuance of admit cards.

Candidates are notified of any defects in the documents uploaded during the online application process via the candidate portal, and they will have the opportunity to rectify these issues accordingly.

KEAM 2025 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates should read all the important instructions mentioned in their KEAM hall ticket. Take a look at the following instructions to ensure the successful conduct of the exam.

  1. The admit card should be presented along with the original valid ID proof for verification at the examination venue. Use any one of the Valid Photo IDs: School Identity Card/Class 12 Board Admit Card with a photograph/Aadhaar Card/E-Aadhaar with a photograph/Voter ID Card/Bank Passbook with a Photograph/PAN card/Driving License/Passport/An Identification certificate with a photograph obtained from Gazetted officer/Head of institution of class 12 studied.
  2. To attend the Computer Based Test, the candidate must report at the reporting point of the venue as per the schedule above.
  3. The reporting point will be closed and no candidate shall be permitted to enter the examination hall after 1:30 pm for Engineering and 3:00 pm for Pharmacy only.
  4. Candidates should produce the Admit Card downloaded from the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at the venues.
  5. The candidate will be allocated a seat in the examination hall after completing biometric verification, which includes a thumb impression and photo capture.
  6. Candidates who indulge in any unfair and improper conduct during the examination will be disqualified. Any gesture or conversation with other candidates in the Examination Hall shall be treated as improper conduct/malpractice activity and shall be dealt with as per the relevant provision in the Prospectus.
  7. Candidates are not permitted to carry any electronic devices, mobile phones, calculators, electronic watches, textual/printed/written materials, etc. in the examination hall.
  8. Sheets of paper for rough work will be provided in the examination hall. Candidates must write their Roll Number and Name at the top of the paper and put their signature also. This sheet should be returned to the Invigilator at the end of the exam.
  9. In the examination hall, candidates must put signatures on the Attendance Sheet provided by the Invigilator.

Q:   What instructions are important to follow for KEAM exam?

A:
It is advisable for candidates to read all the important instructions mentioned in their KEAM hall ticket. Take a look at the following instructions to ensure the successful conduct of the exam. Carry your admit card, ballpoint pen and cardboard or clipboard for the exam. Items such as pencil, eraser, correction fluid, calculator, log table, electronic devices are not allowed inside the test centre. Candidates should reach the test centre 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall before the completion of the exam. The admit card should be in a good condition and should have your photo on it. Any malpractice or act of misconduct during the exam will lead to immediate disqualification.

Q:   What is the mode of KEAM exam?

A:

KEAM exam has moved on to the online CBT mode from 2024 onwards. The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations has received approval from the government of Kerala to conduct KEAM in CBT mode. KEAM exam pattern has been changed and KEAM 2025 will be held in computer based test mode and there will be one paper. The KEAM entrance exam for engineering courses will consist of 150 questions, with Mathematics having 75 questions, Physics having 45 questions and Chemistry having 30 questions. Candidates will have 180 minutes to complete the exam. For candidates appearing for KEAM BPharm ONLY, the entrance exam will have 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry, to be completed within 90 minutes. Each correct answer will fetch candidates four marks, while every incorrect answer will result in a deduction of one mark.
