The authorities follow certain guidelines and process in case two or more candidates secure the same ranks in TS ECET. Firstly, the candidates who have secured more marks in the Engineering subject will be allotted higher. If the tie still persists, then the marks secured in Mathematics, followed by Physics will be taken into account. If the candidates have secured the same marks in all the four subjects, then the candidate who is older in age will be allotted the higher rank.

The Integrated Merit Rank in TS ECET is the rank that the authorities will allot the candidates based on the marks that they have secured in the entrance examination. While preparing the TS ECET merit list, the authorities will take the performance of the candidates in the entrance examination into consideration. The ranks are important as the candidates will be called for allotment based on it. Allotment of seats during TS ECET counselling will be done based on the ranking, preferences and seat availability.

TS ECET 2025 result will be announced online at the official website. Candidates will be able to access the TS ECET result 2025 tentatively a few days after the examination is conducted. The authorities have not yet released any information regarding the review of TS ECET scores. If the authorities open the facility for score review, then it will be officially announced online at ecet.tsche.ac.in. However, if the candidates are not able to submit requests regarding the review of TS ECET score, then they can contact the authorities to obtain information regarding it. There are higher chances that the candidates will not be able to review their scores since the authorities consider their decisions are absolute.

For Pharmacy admissions, the scores secured in the qualifying examination will be taken into consideration if two or more candidates have secured the same rank in TS ECET. If the tie is still not resolved, the authorities will allot the higher rank to the candidate who is older in age. The details regarding the tie-breaking process for TS ECET Pharmacy admissions will be released online by the authorities. Candidates are advised to carefully check the tie-breaking guidelines as it might be used when the situation calls for it. 

The authorities of Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE will be responsible for the preparation of the TS ECET tie-breaking rules. The detailed tie-breaking rules for TS ECET merit list will be prepared and released online at ecet.tsche.ac.in. The tie-breaking rules are important as it will allow the authorities and candidates to understand how problems involving same-rank candidates will be resolved. 

The authorities will prepare the TS ECET merit list to select candidates for admissions into the courses offered by the participating institutes. The performance of the candidate in TS ECET will be taken into consideration to prepare the TS ECET merit list. Separate merit lists will be prepared for every branch of the Engineering course. During the counselling process, the candidates will be summoned and allotted as per their rank in the TS ECET merit list.

Yes. Candidates who do not have a Diploma in Information Technology will be eligible for admissions into the BE/BTech Information Technology through TS ECET. However, the first preference will be given to those candidates who have obtained a Diploma in Information Technology. If there are still vacant seats available, then the candidates who have a Diploma in any branch of Engineering/Technology will be given admission based on their TS ECET rank.
