Q:   Are there passing marks in individual subjects in AFCAT exam?

A:
Yes, in the AFCAT exam, candidates are required to score minimum passing marks in each subject to qualify for the next stage of the selection process. The minimum passing marks may vary from year to year and from one category of candidates to another. For AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test), the minimum qualifying marks are usually 30% in each subject, which means a candidate needs to score at least 18 marks out of 60 in each section to be eligible for the next stage. However, it's important to note that the final selection of candidates is based on their overall performance in the written exam and subsequent stages of the selection process. So, while scoring the minimum passing marks in each subject is important, candidates should aim to perform well in all sections to maximize their chances of selection. Give it upvote if you find it helpful, Thanks.
