State Bank of India (SBI) releases SBI cut off along with the scorecard. SBI Clerk cut off is released for prelims and mains exams. SBI PO cut off is released for prelims exam, mains exam and final selection. SBI cut off is released category-wise as there are no sectional cutoffs in the exam. Candidates can check SBI cut off for different exams by logging with the required credentials. SBI cut off is the minimum qualifying mark that candidates need to secure in order to qualify for the exam and become eligible for the mains exam. Candidates who secure equal to or more than the cut off of SBI exam are called for the next stage of the selection process.

Q:   How is SBI Clerk qualifying marks determined?

A: 
The qualifying marks are estimated based on the following factors: Total number of candidates who appear in the SBI Clerk exam Total number of vacancies available Difficulty level of the exam Reservation system There are no sectional cut off marks in the exam. Candidates are only required to secure the overall cut off marks as per their categories in the exam. The cut off marks for the prelims exam are decided out of 100 marks whereas the cut off marks for the mains exam are decided based on the 200 marks. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are selected for the next round of the recruitment process. SBI Clerk cut off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to secure inorder to qualify the exam.

Q:   How is SBI PO final cutoff calculated?

The final cutoff of SBI PO is calculated out of 100 marks. The marks secured by the candidates in the Mains exam are converted to 75 out of 250 marks. The marks of Phase III are converted to 25 marks out of 50 marks. Based on the final cut off marks, candidates are selected for appointment to the post of Probationary Officers in the various branches of SBI.
