Q:   How long does it take to pass the SBI Clerk exam?

A:
According to the testimony of many successful SBI Clerk exam candidates, it takes at least six months to pass. The reason is that it is a two-stage exam with vast syllabuses for prelims and Mains. The preliminary stage consists of three sections, which are: English language, reasoning ability, and numerical ability. For the main stage, there are a total of four sections, with "general" and "financial awareness" as additional sections. The aspirants are required to cover the completed syllabus and then practice for both stages. After clearing these stages, shortlisted aspirants have to pass a language proficiency test. Therefore, you need a minimum of six months to pass this exam. Depending on their level of preparation, some may require less time.
