Q:   Is there any fee concession provided to reserved categories for AIBE 2025 application form?

A:

Yes, the reserved categories I. e. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, PWD candidates of SC/ ST category will be given a concession of INR 1,000 on the application fee i.e. they had to pay INR 2,500 as the application fee. Whereas, the candidates from unreserved categories have to pay INR 3,500. Apart from this, other candidates will not be exempted from paying AIBE 2025 application fee under any circumstances.

Q:   Can I change the exam centre once the application process gets over for AIBE exam?

A:

No. One cant change the AIBE Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AIBE will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AIBE has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Q:   When will AIBE application forms be released?

A:

The AIBE 19 Application Window 2024 has been closed. The exact date of application form availability was confirmed by the Bar Council of India in a notification. The last date to fill AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 was November 15, 2024. AIBE 19 Exam Date 2024 is December 22, 2024.

Q:   What is the application fee for the form for AIBE 2025?

A:

As per the application process of AIBE 2025, the application fee to be paid for General/ OBC category candidates is INR 3,500. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST (including PWD candidates of the categories) have to pay INR 2,500 only as they are given concession. Candidates must note that if they are under PWD category, as well as General/ OBC category, then they will be allowed to claim concession only if they provide the proof of Physical Disability (40% or more).

If they failed to provide a Certificate of belonging to PwD category, then they have to pay the application fee INR 3,500 as applicable for General/ OBC category. Note: Since, the application fee for AIBE exam is to be paid in online mode, the bank will apply charges in addition to the applicable fee as processing charges. It completely depends on the mode of payment, and the charges may range from INR 60 to 150, which will be confirmed at the time of final payment process only.

Q:   Is it mandatory to get registered with the same state bar council where I have graduated from?

A:
Key points related to State Bar Council Enrolment are: It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form 3-year and 5-year LL.B. Graduates can get enrolled with state bar councils Some state bar councils conduct an online enrollment process, while in some states the candidate needs to visit the bar council office in person and collect the enrollment form. In case the candidate has passed the 3-year or 5-year LL.B. Programme before 2009-2010, they are not required to qualify the AIBE exam to practice in a court of law. Candidates must note that their AIBE Application Form are not submitted without submitting AIBE Exam Fees 2025. The application fee can be paid in cash along with bank charges as under:

AIBE 2025 Registration: Important Points to Note

While filling the AIBE registration and application form, candidates are advised to keep a note of the following points:

  • Candidates should meet the prescribed AIBE 20 eligibility criteria 2025
  • All documents to be uploaded should be self-attested by candidates
  • Any document without self-attestation will be rejected by BCI
  • Candidates do not need to send any document by post to BCI
  • Candidates must keep a printout of the duly filled and submitted application form with themselves for reference
  • BCI does not provide an online application correction window. In case of any discrepancy in the information entered in the application form, candidates have to e-mail it to BCI to get it rectified.

AIBE 2025 Application Form

Candidates who are eligible to appear for AIBE 2025 can apply online at - barcouncilofindia.org. They have to register for AIBE 2025 by filling their name, mobile number, email ID, SBC enrollment number and date of birth. Once registered, candidates can fill the application form for AIBE 2025 as under:

  • Basic details - Parent's name, category, language of AIBE test paper, test centre choice etc.
  • Academic details - Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, and LLB degree details
  • Uploading documents - Photograph and Signature
  • Fee payment - Using e-payment methods. 

How to Make AIBE 20 (XX) Correction 2025 in Application Form?

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to make AIBE 2025 application correction:

  • Go to the official website of AIBE; i.e. allindiabarexamination.com
  • Click on the tab 'AIBE 20 (XX) 2025 Correction Window'
  • Log in with the AIBE XX 2025 registration credentials

  • Click on the tab ‘Correction in Application Form’

  • Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and email and click on the ‘Verify and Proceed’ tab

  • Make the necessary changes provided the fields are editable and allowed for the candidates based on their Aadhaar verification status

  • Click on Save

  • Download the updated Application Confirmation form
