Candidates must prepare for the bar examination with the help of Bare Act without comments, so that they can attempt the questions smoothly. To pass the AIBE examination, one needs to secure at least 40% marks (35% marks in case of SC/ ST category). Revision of LLB notes - AIBE is a professional exam based on the subjects studied by the candidates throughout their law graduation. Therefore, they should revise their notes prepared for the subjects. If there are no notes (which is non-viable) then candidates can obtain it from their seniors or buy it online from social media groups. However, handmade notes make it easier to revise. Candidates need to revise topics with higher weightage in AIBE syllabus first, then the ones with lesser weightage.
Bare Acts without comments - Throughout college life, a law student learns to use the Bare Acts books, but the ones with short notes. AIBE XVI onwards, only Bare Acts without comments are allowed to attempt the exam, therefore, a candidate has to change the strategy accordingly. It is best that candidates buy Bare Acts without short notes as early as possible, and start learning at least 10 sections a day from each law subject. Moreover, there are 395 articles + over 100 amendments in Constitutional law. Candidates need to schedule the remaining months accordingly if they have not started AIBE preparation already.

Latest judgements by Supreme Court - Every day notable judgments are passed, and candidates can go through the month-wise judgments of SC that were in media attention. AIBE question paper will carry recent judgments based questions. Moreover, candidates should also study case laws/ precedent judgments.
