AIBE 17 Qualifier 2023 Interview

AIBE 17 Qualifier Interview: AIBE 17 scorecard of all candidates has been released by the Bar Council of India. Candidates who appeared for AIBE 17 exam can now download their AIBE 17 result by entering REGISTRATION NUMBER and PASSWORD. They can also save the result page as a pdf file to apply for a Certificate of Practice from their enrolled Bar Councils. A: Yes, the results are exactly what  I expected because I worked hard for this exam

Q: What was the preparation strategy that helped you qualify AIBE 2023?

A: Every person has their own strategy mine was quite different as I balanced my studies as well

Q:   In which language can I give AIBE exam?

A:

All India Bar Examination is conducted in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, English, Assamese, Punjabi languages. AIBE 19 Exam will be held in above mentioned 11 languages. AIBE Exam will consists of a total of 100 questions in 19 different law topics of undergraduate level.

For law graduates who want to begin practising law, the Bar Council of India administers the All India Bar Examination. After passing the test, the candidate will receive a certificate of practise, making them eligible to represent themselves in any Indian court. In 53 Indian cities, the exam is given in both national and regional tongues.

 

Q:   Which book is the best for AIBE exam 2024?

A:

The bar examination is no longer an open book examination. Therefore, candidates appearing for AIBE 19 should be careful of choosing best books for AIBE preparation. However, getting best books for AIBE examination can become a challenge as the syllabus is vast.  Candidates appearing for the bar examination must prepare with Bare Acts without comments. The Bare Acts to be used while preparing for AIBE are:

  1. Indian Penal Code, 1860
  2. Indian Contract Act, 1872
  3. Indian Evidence Act, 1872
  4. The Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 and others

A: I did not follow a proper routine. As I have other works as well so I hadn't been following any study plan.

A: Bare Acts are the most important thing for this exam besides that I studied some relevant books.

Q: How did you deal with your strengths and weaknesses while preparing for the exam?

A: As I am talking about my strength I am very focused about my studies and that’s really important for qualifying any exam and I don't think so rather I have any weakness.

Q: Could you tell us about your academic profile?

A: I have done BA from govt. Vranda sahay PG college dabra, LLB from govt MLB college of excellence Gwalior.  Both colleges comes under Jiwaji University Gwalior. After that, currently I am pursuing LLM from Renaissance Indore

Q:   Is AIBE an open-book exam?

A:

AIBE is a closed-book exam, meaning, books and study materials are not allowed in the examination. The bar examination is no longer an open book examination. Therefore, candidates appearing for AIBE XIX should be careful of choosing best books for AIBE preparation. However, getting best books for AIBE examination can become a challenge as the syllabus is vast.

Q:   How do I study for AIBE exam?

A:

In order to crack the AIBE Exam candidates need to have a dedication and plan. Here are some tips you can follow the clear the Bar examination in first attempt:

  • First, be well-versed with the AIBE syllabus and exam pattern
  • Second, pick the best subject-wise AIBE books for preparation
  • Lastly, make a detailed study plan and follow it consistently
  • Dedicatedly follow the study plan created
  • Keep revising the topics already studied
  • Attempt previous year AIBE question papers
  • Take AIBE mock tests

Q:   Is AIBE exam easy or difficult?

A:
The difficulty level of the AIBE exam can vary for each individual based on their level of preparedness, understanding of the concepts, and ability to apply the legal knowledge. However, the AIBE exam is generally considered to be moderately difficult. The AIBE exam is designed to test the basic knowledge of law graduates and their ability to practice law in India. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering various legal topics such as constitutional law, criminal law, and civil procedure code, among others. To prepare for the AIBE exam, candidates are advised to thoroughly study and understand the syllabus and previous year's question papers. Consistent practice and revision can help increase the chances of success in the AIBE exam. Overall, the AIBE exam can be challenging, but with adequate preparation and dedication, it is definitely achievable.

Q:   What happens if one fails the AIBE exam?

A:
If a student fails to qualify All India Bar Examination AIBE then they can appear for the next session of the examination. Qualifying for the All India Bar Examination AIBE is necessary to practice law in India. Purpose of AIBE Exam: 1- The All India Bar Examination is a certification exam to earn the COP Certificate of Practice). 2- The Certificate of Practice is mandatory for practicing law in India. Q:   Is passing the AIBE exam necessary?

A:
Yes, as per Bar Council of India regulations, for the students who passed their LL.B. (Legum Baccalaureus) degree from 2010 onwards, it is now mandatory to clear the All India Bar Examination to practice law in India. The state bar councils also ensure that the enrolled lawyers appear for the All India Bar Examination and pass the examination. If any enrolled lawyer fails to pass the bar examination then they are debarred from the councils or associations until they pass the exam. A: Yes I am preparing for judiciary

A: Yes law is always my first choice or preference I could say that judiciary is the key of success.

To pass AIBE 19, a candidate must have at least 45% marks in case of being from the general or OBC category, and 40% in case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category. Considering you scored 43 marks, it seems that you failed to cross the pass mark.

The latest cutoff for AIBE 19 held on December 22, 2024, is given below for the General/OBC category as well as for the SC/ST/PwD category.

General/OBC Category: 45% (45 marks out of 100)
SC/ST/PwD Category: 40% (40 marks out of 100)

You need to send the enrollment details to AIBE. The AIBE will update accordingly.

The last date for correction in AIBE registration form was November 22nd 2024. So you can not correct now. Now the admit card downloading is in process from December 15th onwards.
