Q: Congratulations! Did you expect to be one of the AIBE 2023 qualifiers?

A: Yes, I feel good after clearing exam. I think to practice but plans can change also in future.

Q: What was the preparation strategy that helped you qualify AIBE 2023?

A: My strategy for this exam was simple. To clear this exam, I took idea of basic concepts from all subjects, which were there in syllabus of exam. After that, I solved previous year question papers to test my knowledge without bare Acts because it could gave me an idea about my knowledge regarding laws. Although, the exam is open book but this strategy made me confident about exam because, I solved without bare Acts. Moreover, before few days of exam, I purchased mock tests from Amazon and solved them with the help of bare Acts and I noted time for my each attempt. In this way, I learned to manage time in exam as; it is the most crucial part of exam.

Q: What study plan did you follow for AIBE 2023?

A: My study plan was very simple. I hardly studied two hours in a day and solved mock tests. Sometimes, I read bare Acts to get knowledge of basic provisions, which made it easy to find answers in exam from bare Acts.

Q:   Are books allowed in AIBE exam 2024?

A:

No, books will not be allowed in AIBE Exam 2024. AIBE is no longer an open-book exam. Candidates will not be allowed to carry books, notes and written material inside the exam hall. However, candidates can carry Bare acts without notes.

Till 2020, the All India Bar Examination was an open-book exam. However, in 2021 Bar Council of India changed this pattern. This means that students can no longer take the help of books and study material to attempt or solve the question paper. That being said students are still allowed to carry Bare Acts without notes with them. For more details, you may visit the Shiksha AIBE exam page. (https://www.shiksha.com/law/aibe-exam).
