AILET 2025 BA LLB Syllabus

- There will be three sections - The Mathematics and Legal Aptitude sections have been dropped from AILET 2022 onwards. So, instead of five sections (like in previous editions of the exam), we now have three sections.
- Section-wise weightage changed - The number of sections has been reduced, but the total number of questions stays the same - 150. The Logical Reasoning section now carries almost 50% weightage.
- Questions related to Legal Principles - The Logical Reasoning section may use Legal Principles to test the candidates' understanding and familiarity with legal reasoning. However, no prior knowledge of law or technical understanding of legal principles/ legal terms is needed to answer these questions.
