Both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB graduates or final year students are eligible to appear in the AIBE exam. BCI has not brought any changes in the AIBE 20 Exam Pattern 2025 and AIBE syllabus as of now. Until AIBE 2020, the AIBE Exam was conducted as an open-book exam. However, from AIBE 2021 onwards, AIBE is no longer an open-book exam. This has increased the difficulty level of AIBE exam multifold. Now, candidates can only take Bare Acts without comments. In case, AIBE Exam Pattern is revised then it will be notified by the BCI.
