AIBE 2021 application form released

The Bar Council of India has closed the AIBE 19 Registration Window 2024. As per the  AIBE 19 Dates 2024 released along with the AIBE 19 (XIX) official notification 2024, the last date to fill AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 was November 15, 2024. Candidates who wish to appear for AIBE 19 Exam had to complete the application process for AIBE 19 on or before November 15, 2024. The Bar Council of India (BCI) began the  AIBE 18 (XIX) application process on September 3, 2024. AIBE 19 (XIX) application process 2024 was such that candidates had to first register for the exam.

After successfully completing this step, aspirants had to fill in their details in the AIBE 2024 application form, upload their documents and pay the application fee. Documents required for AIBE 19 (XIX) Application Process 2024

Before filling the application form for AIBE 19 Exam 2024, aspirants were advised to be ready with the below-mentioned documents:

Enrolment certificate as issued from the state bar council in original and a scanned copy 50KB to 500KB 
Photograph 10 KB to 50 KB

Self-attested photo ID- Passport, Voter ID, Advocate ID card, Aaadhaar Card, Driver's License 50KB to 500KB

Q:   Is there any fee concession provided to reserved categories for AIBE 2024 application form?

A:

Yes, the reserved categories I. e. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, PWD candidates of SC/ ST category will be given a concession of INR 1,000 on the application fee i.e. they had to pay INR 2,500 as the application fee. Whereas, the candidates from unreserved categories have to pay INR 3,500. Apart from this, other candidates will not be exempted from paying AIBE 2024 application fee under any circumstances.

Q:   Can I change the exam centre once the application process gets over for AIBE exam?

A:

No. One cant change the AIBE Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AIBE will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AIBE has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Q:   When will AIBE application forms be released?

A:

The AIBE 19 Application Window 2024 has been closed. The exact date of application form availability was confirmed by the Bar Council of India in a notification. The last date to fill AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 was November 15, 2024. AIBE 19 Exam Date 2024 is December 22, 2024.

How to fill out the AIBE 2024 Application Form?

Candidates could follow the simple steps given below to apply for AIBE 19 Examination 2024:

  • Candidates first need to visit the official website of AIBE; i.e. allindiabarexamination.com 

Once, the AIBE exam homepage opens, candidates had to navigate to AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024 registration notification. Here, candidates had to click on the AIBE XVIII registration link or the blinking link in the notification bar 

 

Next, candidates had to read the requirements and instructions appearing on the screen and thereafter enter their enrollment number and click on the check-box with the declaration.

Click on the declaration stating that "I acknowledge that I am registered with my State Bar Council " and thereafter click on the 'Accept' button. Next, candidates need to fill AIBE XIX application form by providing their personal details as well as state bar council enrollment details as given in the image below:

Further, aspirants had to fill in details pertaining to their LLB degree and year of enrollment with the State Bar Council. Once, these details are filled, candidates had to click on the 'Next' button to proceed.

Next, candidates had to mention their category details. Candidates could go back to the previous form if they need to edit any detail using the 'Back' button at the top right of the application form. 

Note: *Extra 20 min/hour would be provided to the candidate with more than 80% disability or discomfort. However, the approval for the scribe and extra time would remain the discretion of the council.

Next, candidates had to select their preferred AIBE exam centres. Here, aspirants had to select their top three preferences and, question paper language from any of the 11 languages allowed.

Q:   I enrolled for AIBE XVIII (18) Exam but did not appear for it. Can I appear for AIBE XIX (19) Exam without paying registration fee?

A:

No, you cannot appear for AIBE XIX(19) without paying the registration fee. For AIBE 18, the Bar Council of India had announced that candidates who appeared at Rajkot centers for AIBE-XVII will be allowed to participate in the next AIBE-XVIII without having to pay the examination fee again.

Q:   Can I appear for AIBE exam if I have not filled the application form?

A:

No, you cannot appear for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) if you have not filled out and submitted the application form. The application form is essential for registration and eligibility to take the exam.

Completing the AIBE 19 application form on time is mandatory to participate in the examination. Be aware of application deadlines to ensure you complete the form on time. If you want to take the AIBE, make sure to fill out the application form before the deadline. If you miss the application period, you will have to wait for the next examination cycle.

Q:   What is the application fee for the form for AIBE 2024?

A:

As per the application process of AIBE 2024, the application fee to be paid for General/ OBC category candidates is INR 3,500. However, candidates belonging to SC/ ST (including PWD candidates of the categories) have to pay INR 2,500 only as they are given concession. Candidates must note that if they are under PWD category, as well as General/ OBC category, then they will be allowed to claim concession only if they provide the proof of Physical Disability (40% or more).

If they failed to provide a Certificate of belonging to PwD category, then they have to pay the application fee INR 3,500 as applicable for General/ OBC category. Note: Since, the application fee for AIBE exam is to be paid in online mode, the bank will apply charges in addition to the applicable fee as processing charges. It completely depends on the mode of payment, and the charges may range from INR 60 to 150, which will be confirmed at the time of final payment process only.

Next, the confirmation page will appear on the screen and the page will be redirected to the login page as under:

Candidates also got a confirmation message on their registered mobile numbers, that they need to enter in the login form - Password and OTP.  The following page with auto-filled candidate details will appear on the screen:

Candidates could pay the application fee by clicking on - Pay Now or Pay Later. When candidates click on the 'Pay Now' button then they can pay AIBE (XIX) 19 2024-25 application fee by any method from- Offline through SBI challan or online through HDFC using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The application fee for AIBE 19 2024 was as mentioned below:

To pass AIBE 19, a candidate must have at least 45% marks in case of being from the general or OBC category, and 40% in case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category. Considering you scored 43 marks, it seems that you failed to cross the pass mark.

The latest cutoff for AIBE 19 held on December 22, 2024, is given below for the General/OBC category as well as for the SC/ST/PwD category.

General/OBC Category: 45% (45 marks out of 100)
SC/ST/PwD Category: 40% (40 marks out of 100)

The last date for correction in AIBE registration form was November 22nd 2024. So you can not correct now. Now the admit card downloading is in process from December 15th onwards.
