No, the CLAT 2026 Application Form is not out yet. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) is expected to begin the CLAT 2026 Registration Process in July and candidates can apply on or before the last date. CLAT 2026 Exam Date has not been announced yet. However, it is expected to be held on December 7, 2025. Candidates must note that CLAT 2026Application Form can be filled online only. Q: Â What is the age limit for CLAT 2026?
As per the official eligibility criteria of the CLAT 2026, there was no age-limit criteria for candidates to appear in CLAT UG 2026 or CLAT PG 2026 exam. However, it was mandatory for candidates to fulfill other basic educational requirements, to take part in the CLAT Exam 2026.
Candidates must pass Class 12 examination by April/May 2026 and submit the passing certificates at the time of admission.
To be eligible for the CLAT PG 2026, you must have a minimum percentage of 50 per cent in LLB or any other equivalent degree from a recognised university.

Yes, the Consortium of NLUs opens the CLAT application correction window for all registered candidates so they can cross-check and edit their form. Once the CLAT application correction window 2026 opens, candidates will be able to make changes in their preferred test cities, and other details. CLAT application correction window is a facility for candidates to modify their details and avoid rejection due to misinformation at the time of admission process. The option to edit applications was enabled from CLAT 2021 onwards so that candidates can to make changes in choice of test cities, their name, date of birth, preferred NLUs and reservation category, if required.

How to fill CLAT Registration Form 2026?
The registration process for CLAT 2026 will likely begin in July. The registration window will be same for both the UG and PG candidates. Candidates can select the program of study at the time of filling out the application form. Candidates can follow step-by step process mentioned below to fill in the CLAT 2026 Application Form:
Step 1 - Online Registration:
- Click on the registration link - consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- You will be redirected to a registration window
- Click on the "Register" button
- A registration form will open where you will have to enter registration details like name, mobile number, email id. Also, select and confirm a password for the candidate account.
Step 2: Filling CLAT Application Form 2026
To access the application form, candidates have to log in to the account using your phone number and password. Once you log in, you will see the following screen.  Â
- Select the program of study: Candidates have to select the Under Graduate (UG) 5-Year LLB Course or Post Graduate (PG) 1-Year LLM Course. Then press the "Apply for CLAT 2026" button.
- CLAT 2026 application form - Personal details:
In this section, candidates have to upload a photograph and their signature in jpeg/png format. Other details that have to be entered include the date of birth, mother's and father's name, gender, nationality, and All India Category under which admission is sought (SC/ST, OBC, or General). Reserved category, PwD, and BPL candidates need to upload the relevant certificate. Finally, mention the domicile state.
- Enter Communication Details: In this section, candidates have to enter their present and permanent address.Â
- Education Details: Candidates have to select the qualifying exam from the drop-down menu, enter the name of the board (or university), appearing/appeared or passed, year and month of passing, and percentage.Â
- Enter Test Centre Preferences - In this section they have to select three exam centers for CLAT 2026 exam. Select Test Center Preference – 1 for the test center with the first preference. Use Test Center Preference – 3 for the least preferred exam center. The CLAT 2026 exam will be conducted in more than 80 CLAT test centers.

Candidates in this section can select categories individually for each NLU. Candidates who want to apply under additional categories can use this section. Step 3: Submission of the Application Form
Candidates have to ensure that the various sections of the CLAT application form are duly and correctly filled. Note that all the details will be checked at the time of counseling registration, and any mismatch can lead to disqualification. Once you are satisfied that the application is complete in all respects -Â

Q: Â What is the last date to fill CLAT Application Form 2026?
Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at National Law Universities (NLUs) must note that the CLAT 2026 Notification has not been released yet.
