How to Prepare for TISSNET in Three Months: Tips and Tricks
We bring to you a few tips which will help you excel TISSNET exam 2023 easily.
Strengthen Your Basics and Key Concepts: This is the most important strategy to be adopted if a student wants to crack TISSNET, or for that matter, any exam. It is all about basics. If they are strong, difficult questions will also seem easier to solve. While preparing for the Mathematics section, aspirants should make sure that all the formulae, theories, etc. are on their fingertips. Similarly, while preparing for English, they must build a strong reading habit to improve grammar, vocabulary and comprehension skills. Candidates who are already preparing for CAT, XAT, SNAP and other MBA entrance exams, can easily cover the TISSNET syllabus in three months.
Set daily timetable: Since TISSNET candidates should plan the day according to the sectional preparation. The timetable should be set in such a way that not only would they prepare each section, but would get enough practice as well. To prepare for TISSNET in three months, a daily routine of four to six hours of study is recommended. The duration of the sectional preparation should depend on their strengths and weaknesses.
Refer to the right study material: Studying from a bunch of books at the same time is not a wise decision, but studying from the right ones is. Aspirants should choose the study material and books which cover the entire TISSNET syllabus. Instead of losing precious time in collecting all kinds of study material, they should sort the important ones which cover the important topics and study from them.
Practice is the key: Practice is the key to success. During the TISSNET preparation period, candidates must take a lot of mock tests and solve previous years' question papers. This will help them in analysing your progress. Mock tests also help the students in increasing their speed and accuracy, hence they will be able to score well in the given time.
Identify strengths and weaknesses: After the syllabus is complete and a number of mock tests are taken, candidates will be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses. They need to channelise their preparation accordingly. In their time table, they should allocate more time for the weak areas and enough to practice and revise the strong areas. For the weak areas, they should start with the basic and gradually progress towards practice to ensure a substantial improvement.
Stay Calm and Focused: This is the most important tip. Aspirants should maintain their calm throughout the preparation for TISSNET exam. Being nervous will only hamper their confidence and they might end up clicking on the wrong answer. Hence it is important to read a question calmly before attempting it. These are a few tips that will help test takers ace TISSNET 2023.
