NBE will not release the official NEET PG 2024 question paper and answer key. However, some coaching centres and other experts will release memory-based NEET PG 2024 question paper and answer key solutions right after exam. The exam was held on August 11 in 185 test cities in online mode. NEET PG 2024 result will be declared likely by Aug 25.

Unofficial NEET PG 2024 question paper and answer key have been released. It must be noted these questions are based on memory of exam taking students. The exam was held on August 11 in two shifts amid tight security. NBE conducted the exam in 170 test cities at 416 test centres. The exam timing for shift-1 NEET PG 2024 exam was 9 am to 12: 30 pm while second shift timing was 3: 30 pm to 7 pm. Candidates will be able to download the paper and answer key here.

NEET PG 2025 exam pattern will be released by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam is conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates are provided total 3.5 hours to answer the question paper.

NEET PG 2024 question paper will be available here in PDF format for shif-1 and shift-2. NBE doesn’t allow candidates to disclose the content. They have to sign non-disclosure agreement while applying for the exam. “No content of this exam must be shared with friends, acquaintances or third parties including sharing through online means or via social media,” the official brochure says. But candidates don’t need to worry as unofficial NEET PG 2024 answer key will be released by coaching institutes. Candidates must note these questions and answer key are based on memory of exam taking students. Experts analyse these questions and prepare the answer key. Q: Do candidates need to answer every question in NEET PG 2024?
No, candidates should answer only those questions where they feel confident about the right answer. The reason being there is a provision of negative marking in the NEET PG 2024 exam. Candidates are advised to choose not to answer rather than marking wrong option. Negative score may take a toll on overall score of a candidate.
Q: What type of questions are asked in NEET PG?
Objective questions are asked in NEET PG exam. The type of the question is multiple choice where one question can have multiple answers. keeping this in mind, candidates have to select best option of correct response. According to NEET PG pattern, a total of 200 questions are asked and candidates get 3.5 hours to answer them. There is a provision of negative marking in NEET PG exam. For every correct reponse, +4 mark is awarded while for incorrect reponse, -1 will be deducted.
Q: Will marks be deducted for unanswered questions in NEET PG?
No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions as per the existing NEET PG pattern. Such questions will not be taken into consideration while calculating marks of a candidate. Candidates are advised to attempt only those questions where they are confident of right answer. If there is iota of doubt of correct answer, candidates are advised to leave that question. Otherwise, negative marking may reduce your total score which will ultimately impact your overall performance.
Q: Can I attempt any questions from any section in NEET PG exam?
No. As per time bound sections introduced in 2024, candidates will have to answer questions or exhausts time of previous section before proceeding for next section in NEET PG exam. Each section has particualar allotted time, i.e 42 minute in NEET PG exam. For an example, supppose a candidate wants to answer questions of B section, he/she can do only when he exahusts allotted 42 minute of section A.
Q: Is it compulsory to attempt all questions in NEET PG exam?
No. There is no such compulsion for candidates. Candidates should attempt only those questions where they feel confident of right answer as there is a provision of negative marking too. Due to negative marking, overall score may reduce, affecting ranking of candidate. For every wrong answer, -1 mark is deducted in NEET PG exam.

NEET PG 2024 exam analysis is available here on the basis of students reactions. The overall difficulty of NEET PG 2024 exam was moderate difficult. NEET PG 2024 answer key helps candidates to know their score through marking scheme. It must be noted like question paper, NBE doesn’t release official answer key for NET PG exam. Candidates can calculate the score by counting total number of correct and incorrect questions. As per the marking scheme, candidates will get +4 marks for right response and -1 for wrong response. In order to predict tentative marks, multiply number of right answers with 4 and number of wrong answers with -1. Then subtract total score of wrong answers from total score of right answers.
