Prep Tip# 01: Check Admit Card Thoroughly

As NEET PG 2024 admit card is your ticket of the entry to exam centre, it must be checked in advance. NBE will release fresh admit cards for NEET PG 2024 exam as the exam was postponed earlier. Candidates should check all details given on NEET PG admit card 2024 carefully to ensure that there is no discrepancy in any detail. NEET PG 2024 exam was held on August 11 in two shifts. The exam was conducted in computer-based mode. The question paper of NEET PG 2024 comprised 200 multiple choice questions and candidates were given 3.5 hours to answer them. NBE declared NEET PG 2024 result on August 23, 2024.

Q:   Will NEET PG held for 2025-26 session?

A:

NEET PG 2025 may not happen as it will be replaced by NExT. AIIMS will release the official notification regarding NExT exam. Most probably the exit test will be implemented from August 2025 for 2020 batch MBBS students. The exam conducting body will clear air of doubts by October end most likley.

The internship deadline for NEET PG 2024 has been released. The internship deadline for NEET PG 2024 is August 15. Candidates who complete the internship on or before the deadline will be eligible for NEET PG 2024. Candidates will have to do online registration to submit NEET PG 2024 application form. NEET PG schedule involves dates of events related to exam. Whole schedule is released by exam conducting body along with the official information brochure. From last few years, the exam is getting delayed from its usual schedule. NEET PG 2023 exam was held in March while NEET PG 2022 exam in May. In 2021, the exam was held in september. Q:   What is the exam timing for NEET PG exam?

A:

NEET PG 2024 exam will be held in single session from 9 am to 12: 30 pm. NBE has already released NEET PG 2024 exam timing and schedule with the official brochure. Candidates can refer the table given below for NEET PG 2024 exam timing.

Q:   Will NEET PG 2024 exam held in pen and paper mode?

A:

No. NEET PG 2024 exam was held in online mode on August 11, 2024. According to NEET PG pattern, the question paper had 200 multiple choice questions and candidates were provided 3.5 hours to answer them. Candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. Qualifying cut off differ for each category. NBE declared NEET PG 2024 result on August 23, 2024.

A:

Yes. NBE has released official notification for NEET PG 2024 exam date after postponement. The exam was held on August 11 as per the revised schedule. The exam was held in two shifts. Earlier the exam was supposed to be held on June 23 but it was postponed. NBE declared NEET PG 2024 result on August 23, 2024. 

Q:   Can I carry calculator at NEET PG test centre?

A:

No. Candidates can't carry any electronic item such as mobile phone, calculator, bluetooth, earphone to NEET PG centre. Some of the items which are not allowed at NEET PG centre have been enlisted below:

  • Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, etc.
  • All ornaments like bracelets, Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin
  • Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap etc.
  • Any eatable items and water bottle are also banned.

 

Prep Tip# 05: Make a Time Table

As you have identified the topics that need attention in terms of revision, make a timetable for their revision. 2-3 hours of daily revision along with practice pf mock test will give the final shape to your NEET PG preparation 2024. Remember, the last some days are just to polish the things which you have learned till date. So, don’t go too deep into the revision at this moment.

Prep Tip# 06: Do Remember the Exam Pattern

NEET PG exam pattern 2024 is very crucial and candidates should keep it in mind always. NEET PG 2024 question paper will have 200 objective questions and candidates will be allocated 3.5 hours to attempt them.
