Optometry Diploma Courses
The Diploma in Optometry is offered at an undergraduate level for a duration of three years. The eligibility criteria require a pass in Class 10 and Class 12 in Science stream, with Biology as a compulsory subject.
Optometry Distance Education Courses
The Bachelor’s degree programme in Optometry is also offered in Distance learning mode at various institutes. The duration of the Optometry course in Distance learning mode is three years, which is divided into six semesters. After the completion of the three-year course, it is mandatory to attend one-year training programme.

Postgraduate Diploma courses in Optometry are offered for a duration of 18 months to two years, divided into three to four semesters. Optometry Certificate Courses
