However, in June 2021, the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and CBSE as well officially extended the CTET passing Certificate validity to lifetime. However, candidates need to fulfil the age limit criteria fixed by the respective teacher recruiting body such as NVS, KVS or others.
