CTET Exam Analysis February 2, 2023: Here we are providing the CTET Exam Analysis of Paper 1 (Shift 1) held on February 2, 2023, based on the students' reactions and feedback who appeared in today's exam.

CTET Exam Analysis February 2, 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has successfully conducted the CTET 2022-23 exam on February 2, 2023, at several centres across the country. Shiksha.com and its team talked to the students who appeared in today's CTET Paper 1 (Shift 1) for their feedback, including the questions or topics asked in the exam, the overall difficulty level, any new questions asked, good attempts, etc.

CTET is a national-level exam that determines the eligibility of candidates for appointment as teachers for Classes 1 to 8 in Central Government Schools such as KVS, NVS, etc.

As per the feedback and responses of the students, the CTET 2022-23 Paper 1 (shift 1) held on February 2, 2023 was easy to moderate (overall difficulty level). In CDP, questions asked were from Vygotsky, Piaget, learning disability, etc. In EVS, some questions were new, and was moderate. Q: What is the difficulty level of CTET exam?

The CTET exam is generally easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level. The difficulty level depends on the nature of the questions asked in the exam. The CTET exam is conducted for two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper carries 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each. Out of the total 150 marks, 90 marks are considered qualifying for the General category and 82 are considered qualifying or CTET cut-off for Reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ OBC.

CTET exam pattern is such that aspirants need to attempt 150 multiple choice questions in two and a half hours duration. They will focus on understanding the characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning. CTET Paper-II pattern is such that, the test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on educational psychology of teaching and learning, relevant to the age group of 11-14 years. Q: How can I prepare for the CTET exam in 10 days?

Candidates can prepare for CTET in 10 days, given that they devote each and every minute towards the exam preparation. Firstly, understand the CTET exam pattern and syllabus well. Spend more time on topics that you are less confident with. Attempt at least two CTET question papers daily in the last one week of the exam.

CTET Exam Analysis 2022-23 February 2 Paper 1 (Shift 1)

CTET Exam 2022-23 Paper 1 (Shift 1) has been completed on February 2, 2023. Q: Is CTET a tough exam?

The CTET is an easy exam to crack if candidates have prepared well in advance. The difficulty level of the CTET question paper is generally moderate. The CTET exam difficulty level varies on the basis of the question paper. Candidates should be well prepared in order to crack the exam without any hassle.

Q: How many students have cleared CTET 2024?

As per the CTET result 2024 of the July session, over 2 lakh candidates cleared the exam. The number of qualified and non-qualified candidates in CTET 2024 exam was available after the declaration of results. The number of qualified candidates were announced by the CBSE in the result PDF. Q: I want to crack CTET so that I can teach 1st to 5th class. Is it compulsory to give both TET and CTET?

If you need to secure a job in KVS or any central government school like DSSSB then you need to qualify CTET Exam. However, the TET exams are conducted by the state government of the particular state. Through TET, candidates can secure teaching jobs in government schools run by state governments only.

Q: Is coaching necessary for the CTET exam?

No, coaching is not necessary for cracking the CTET exam. Candidates can have their own well-thought-out CTET preparation strategy to crack the exam. Also, solving previous year CTET question papers and attempting mock tests is always a plus in preparation. Moreover, there are a lot of materials and guidance available online, you do not need a coaching but you really need to work hard to crack the CTET exam.

Q: What are the highest marks in the CTET exam?

There are no fixed the highest marks in the CTET exam. As the exam is of a total of 150 marks, whoever obtains the highest scores will be considered as a the highest marks obtainer. Out of the total 150 marks, 90 marks are minimum qualifying marks for the General category and 82 are minimum qualifying marks for Reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ OBC.
