Q:   I am facing technical issues while filling CUET UG application form. What should I do?

A:

Several candidates might face difficulties while filling the CUET UG 2025 application form. Owing to server errors, the application process may get hampered. Applicants might find it difficult to login or can be  automatically logged out. On the other hand, some candidates might face trouble while paying the application fee or receiving the OTP for registration. Last year, candidates found difficulty in completing the application form as the complete list of participating universities was missing. Many candidates may urge NTA to resolve the issue. Candidates can contact NTA through following mediums:

Email ID: cuet[dash]ug[at]nta[dot]ac[dot]in

Phone Number: 011-69227700, 011-40759000

Q:   Does the order in which I select courses matter in the CUET application form?

A:

Yes the order in which you pick your courses is important in CUET UG 2025 application form. The first course you select is considered your the highest priority, whereas the one you select last is seen as your least preferred option. Nonetheless, this doesn't imply you need to start with your least favored course.

It's important to arrange your courses according to your preference, placing the one you prefer most at the top of your list and the one you prefer least at the bottom. This ordering matters because in the CUET admissions process, your first choice is usually considered initially, and if that's full, the subsequent preferences are looked into.

Therefore, if you have a clear favorite for your first-choice course, ensure it's at the top of your list, even if it appears at the end in the choice filling section. If you're uncertain about your top choice, it might be wise to put a second option as your first preference to enhance your likelihood of getting into the university. In the end, your course selections should reflect your personal interests and career aspirations, and be listed in the order of your preference.
