OUAT 2025 Registration is tentative to start in the first week of March 2025 for UG courses and the OUAT 2025 PG Application form is tentative to be out in the first week of May 2025. The tentative date for the exam is the first week of June 2025, for UG courses, candidates need to submit the application form along with the application fee to be eligible for the exam.
Earlier the OUAT Entrance Exam 2025 application form was released in online mode on the official website along with the release of notification. As per the OUAT important dates, the end date to submit the application form for the OUAT entrance exam is tentative for April 15, 2025. The OUAT 2025 registration included filling up of application form, paying the application fees, and uploading the documents. This year's OUAT entrance exam is tentative to be conducted between June 4 and 6, 2025, based on the previous year's exam date. The OUAT entrance exam admit card will be released by the authority in the third week of May 2025, tentatively.
Along with the personal and academic details, candidates need to upload documents such as scanned photographs and signatures. To successfully register for the OUAT entrance exam, candidates need to fill out both Form A and Form B. OUAT Entrance Exam Form-B submission and edit of Form-B is over. Form B is mandatory for admission into UG courses 2025-26. No requests to submit and edit Form-B after the due date were considered at any cost. Rank will not be generated if a candidate does not appear in the examination or submit Form-B. OUAT is a university-level entrance exam which is held for candidates looking for admission in Agriculture courses. To successfully fill OUAT application form, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Fill out OUAT Form-A
Candidates need to fill in details such as their Aadhaar Number, e-mail ID, mobile phone number, category, etc. in Form-A of the OUAT entrance exam. Next, candidates need to upload the below-mentioned documents with their form:

Step 2: Pay OUAT application fee
Candidates will be able to pay the OUAT entrance exam application fee for UG course admissions in online mode through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI. The application fee is INR 1,500.
Step 3: Submit OUAT application form
Next, candidates need to submit their duly filled OUAT Form A application form online. No separate hardcopy needs to be sent to Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology.
Filling OUAT Form-B
Once admit card for the OUAT entrance exam is generated, candidates need to fill Form-B for OUAT admissions. For this, candidates need to click on a link stating “Submission of Online Application Form-B for Admission in OUAT Admissions”. Further, candidates need to enter their OUAT entrance exam roll number, mobile number and date of birth to access Form-B for OUAT admissions.
OUAT Form-B opens with some information already filled. These information/details are picked from OUAT Form-A filled earlier by aspirants. As part of Form-B for the examination, candidates need to fill in details such as academic qualifications, category and the likes. Further, aspirants need to upload scanned copies of documents that are less than 200 KB in size. The documents that need to be uploaded include:
- Mark sheet of Class 10
- Certificate of Class 10 standard showing date of birth.
- Mark sheet of Class 12 Science.
- Certificate of Class 12 Science.
- SC/ST/Green Card / Physically Handicapped certificate from the competent authority for the respective reserved category.
- Residential certificate (Except for candidate with Odia as a subject in 10th standard).
- Aadhaar Card.
- In case of NRI Candidates – Passport of the sponsor, Visa/Permanent residential certificate of sponsor and Residential proof of sponsor (electric bill, telephone bill, water bill etc.).
- Certificate as proof of OUAT employee from Head of the Institution.
- Permanent Residential Certificate for Western Odisha.
“After successful submission of application Form-B, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number and e-mail. The candidates are advised to take a printout of Application Form-B and should retain it for future action”, informs OUAT official website.
