AP ICET Counselling 2024 (Phase 2): Seat Allotment Result (Released), Dates, Process

AP ICET 2024 counselling allotment for final phase has been released online. To check the AP ICET counselling 2024 allotment result, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Visit the link provided- icet-sche.aptonline

Step 2- Enter the login credentials:

• Hall ticket number
• Date of Birth
• Captcha

Step 3- Screen will display the AP ICET 2024 seat allotment result

Step 4- Download the allotment letter and take the print of the same for future reference.

• Allotment order and self-reporting

Details Mentioned on the Allotment Letter

Candidates can check for the following details that will be mentioned on the allotment letter:

• Hall ticket number
• Name
• Gender
• Alloted Institute
• Rank
• Father's name
• Caste
• Allotted Branch

Self Reporting

After downloading the provisional allotment letter, candidates will be provided with the separate option 'self-reporting to the college online to report to the allotted colleges. Candidates can download the allotment letter from the official website.

Candidates coukd exercise ICET web options entry by following the steps below:

• After completing the certificate verification step, candidates will have to visit the web-option selection page- Click here to exercise web option entry
• Candidates will be able to select the following:
  • District
  • College type to display the colleges
• Candidates will be able to see all the selected colleges on the right side of the list and the total count. Candidates must click on the tab 'save the web options'

Steps to Exercise Web Options 

Step 1- After completion of certificate verification candidates must visit the web-option selection page.

Step 2- Enter the credentials: 

• APICET counselling hall ticket number 
• Date of birth 

Step 3- Candidates will be entering the following details now: 

• District 
• Institution/college type 

Step 4- Now the screen will display Government colleges, self-financed colleges, private colleges with different colours codes. 

Step 5- Candidates will be able to see the list of selected colleges on the right side of the screen and total opted counts  

Step 6- Verify the list and click on tab ‘Save’ (Links in the below table will be activated soon)

Provisional Allotment Order

Once the entire allocation process is completed the candidate will be allowed to download the provisional allotment orders from the website. Candidates can check the college-wise allotment by following the steps mentioned below:

AP ICET 2024 verification of documents commences after the registration process. Candidates must upload the following documents for the verification process. Check the AP ICET counselling required documents below:

• AP ICET 2024 hall ticket
• APICET rank card 2024
• Transfer Certificate(T.C)
• Degree marks memos/consolidated marks memo
• Degree provisional certificate
• Intermediate marks memo/Diploma marks memo
• S.S.certificate or equivalent Marks memo
• Study Certificates from Class IX to Degree
• Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalised education) in respect of Private candidates of AP state.
• Residence certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect to f Non-Local Candidates.
• Latest valid Income Certificate or Ration Card issued by the competent authority containing the name of the candidate
• Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority in respect to SC/ST/BC
• Economically weaker section(EWS)certificate if applicable
• Local status certificate if applicable i.e., a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within a period of Seven years from the 2nd day of June, 2014 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

To apply for AP ICET 2024 counselling, candidates must follow the steps below:

Step 1- Candidate Registration

• Click on the official link provided to register- icet-sche.aptonline.
• Candidates must click on the tab 'candidate registration'. Here the candidates will have to provide the following details:
  • ICET hall ticket number
  • Date of birth 
  • Click on tab 'submit'
• Screen will display the candidate's mail ID and mobile number along with other details. The system will validate all the certificates. If required candidates will have to upload the documents in JPEG, JPF and PDF format only. 
• The uploaded documents will be sent to the certificate Verification officer.
• Candidates eligibility will be defined on the basis of the percentage of marks in the qualifying exam
• Minority Candidates can select the Appropriate “Minority-Muslim” or “Minority-Christian” carefully and upload the certificate. 

Step 3- Know your payment status

After paying the application fee, candidates can check the status of the payment. 

Step 4- Print the Application Form

After successfully submitting the application form of APICET 2024 counselling and payment of the application fee, candidates must take the print of the application form for future reference.

Step 5- Verification of documents uploaded

Verification of Certificates of all candidates except candidates of Special Category will be done online. Candidates will have to re-uplaod the documents if required.
