The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc. ii). Review of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra - Deoghar Extension Center.
Placements: In our college, almost 50% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 51 LPA by Microsoft. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA to 5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 10 LPA. CGI has picked about 25–30 students. Many companies offer internships and FTE. Top roles offered are software engineer, software developer, web developer, and many more.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, as there is LAN access available for you in each room, mostly labs. Classrooms are good, the library has 99% of books in our course, and there are many novels to read. The quality of facilities in the hostel is average. The major thing, which is food, is average.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive and are mostly there to solve problems. Most of them have Ph.D.s in their respective fields. The teaching quality is good. They make students industry-ready. Semester examinations are quite difficult, but if you focus a little bit, you will pass without any problem.

Placements: Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, PayPal, CGI, Amdocs, Zscaler, and Increff visit our campus.
Infrastructure: There are two hostels for boys and one for girls, separated by approximately 700 meters. A clean place and fresh oxygen are very much needed. Our college is in a slight hill area.
Faculty: Our college professors are excellent and very friendly. If you study, you will pass. Otherwise, one night of study is not enough. In B.Tech, there are five types of courses offered by BIT Mesra off-campus Deoghar. Courses like computer science engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, and production engineering are offered by the college.
Other: I am from the 2019 batch pursuing B. Tech from BIT Mesra off-campus Deoghar in the EEE stream. If you are interested in EEE, then this is the perfect place to pursue a B.Tech. in EEE. Festivals are organised every semester, and events depend on society, like dance, music, literature, etc.

Not worth the money you pay. College life would be good. The afterlife would be horrible.
Placements: The intake quality of students is deteriorating due to BIT counselling rather than AIEEE counselling.
So our seniors were well placed (AIEEE counselled) and our junior batches would be placed with average placements.
The highest on-campus package would be 6 LPA and majority of the students would be in Wipro, Infosys or TCS.
MuSigma, Sapient, Cybage, Wipro and some other companies visited the campus.
Majority of students are assigned software developer or testing roles.
Only MuSigma offers business analyst role I suppose.
From the college, no one gets an internship.
Majority of the students do it from steel plants or some industries near by.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility.
Only LAN is available (that too on a quota basis).
150 MB per day.
The infrastructure is pathetic as compared to the fee you pay.
People come by thinking they could take some advantage of the name "BIT Mesra", which isn't true on the campus.
The infra, management, teaching and mainly the fee is horrible.
Better join somewhere else than spending 8 lakhs here.
Faculty: Majority of the faculty members are below average and don't match the expectations.
Teaching methods would remain the same even after 10 years (except the fee would multiply by 100).A class should optimally be with 60 students (which shouldn't change unless greedy BIT Mesra thinks of).
The course curriculum was good.
BIT Mesra's curriculum and examination pattern is followed.
Other: Anyone who thinks they could benefit from the name of "BIT Mesra" is a fool.
BIT Deoghar is not even comparable with BIT Mesra.
Even though my college life was memorable, it wasn't worth the money I have spent.
If you even had come through the thought of joining BIT Deoghar (I assume you ranked above 1 lakh) in AIEEE, you are not fit to become the so called engineer.
And I suggest you not to waste your parent's money in this.

Review of BIT Mesra - Deoghar Extension Center.
Placements: Placements were fine for students who opted for this college. Many companies offered placements, so it was a good opportunity for students who wanted to grab this offer. Moreover, students were well-trained for placements. The training and placement cell organised group discussions, etc., for the benefit of the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure could be rated between good and average because some areas were still under construction. However, classrooms were well maintained. Various labs were well-equipped with instruments and technologies to help students to learn their course and its applications.
Faculty: Faculty members were good and tried their best to teach students. They had a lot of teaching experience and tried to help students in the best possible way. Students could reach out to teachers at any time and seek help. Faculty members were ready to help any time in their best possible way.
