Students, be aware that there is no ragging at Chandigarh University; it is prohibited.
Placements: Thousands of students were placed in different schools, and those who mastered their subjects secured excellent colleges to teach as well. The highest package offered by the university for our course was 6 lakhs per year, while the minimum was 1 lakh per year. Byjus, Unacademy, and Aakash are some of the main top recruiting companies for our course. Approximately 60% of our students got internships from our college at Byjus, Unacademy, and Aakash. The top role of our course is to educate each student equally and peacefully.
Infrastructure: The faculty members provide us with free Wi-Fi for all levels, specialized labs, modified classrooms with AC, and a library for study purposes. The food quality is good, but we know nothing can beat home-cooked food, so I’d rate it 3 out of 5. If we talk about the canteen, there are hundreds of shops for food. Medical facilities are provided, as there is a hospital very close to the college for CU students and teachers if required. Hundreds of games are played each year, and many of them go to high national-level competitions.
Faculty: The teachers are very understanding, helpful, and qualified professors. The teaching quality is better than you might expect. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and does make students industry-ready and future-ready. Exams! As we all know, they are always tougher for those who do not study, but those who do can easily score 20 out of 20 in mid-term exams and 100 out of 100 in finals.
Other: I chose this course because I always wanted to be like my teacher. My course teaches you not only how to teach students but also how to be calm, peaceful, soft-spoken, and impartial. There are thousands of events happening each day in college, so students will never get bored or feel left out. We have a Department of Arts and Culture (DACA) where all types of music, dance, painting, arts, mimicry, and theatre clubs teach you as per your interests.

Academically satisfied, but placements should be there, Infrastructure well designed.
Placements: There is no placements in integrated B.Sc+B.Ed course. During the course there is a 6-months internship programme which is compulsory and is provided by the college. After the completion of course students can go for government jobs like teaching, banking or other government sectors. Students can also go teacher job profile in any private schools.
Infrastructure: There is a proper equipped infrastructure available for the department. There are proper green board, whiteboard and projector in the classrooms. There are proper equipped labs for practical subjects as well. Hostels are there in the campus. There are sharing rooms available with 3-seater, 4-seater and 5-seater. Hostels are clean and tidy with proper sanitary conditions. Hostels food is there with good quality. There is breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner included in the hostel meal.
Faculty: The course is well designed and is up to date. The course match the latest curriculum and design. Teachers are also well trained and qualified. Curriculum is well designed and relevant. Semester exams in department are of easy to moderate level. After attending the classes a student can definitely secure good marks.
Other: This course is a professional course and provides you a professional degree in education. If you do separate B.Sc. (3yrs) and B.Ed (2yrs) it takes 5 years but integrated B.Sc+B.Ed (4yrs) saves a year. This is a good course and opens many doors for your career in teaching. It enhances your professional growth and improves your teaching skills.

Chandigarh University gives you abundance of knowledge and skills to pursue your career.
Placements: Many students got placed in college. The packages were different according to the schools and skills of the students. Many schools of Chandigarh, like St. Stephan's, Indus Public School, Maxim Merry School, etc., provided jobs to the students. In addition to this, they provide very detailed instructions before they send the students for internships. They brush up your skills and build confidence to teach in a real classroom.
Infrastructure: We have well-equipped labs. They provide rigorous training. Wi-Fi is a constant thing on the whole campus. Furthermore, the quality of hostels and the mess food is superb. I never heard of a complaint about that.
Faculty: PhD holders are available here to teach us in our internships. They are very professional and educated enough to sail a student through the shore. In addition to this, students are not burdened with exams. They teach you literally everything.

CU is everyone's dream college.
Placements: Chandigarh University is NAAC A+ and provides us with both quality and quantity-wise placements. It provides placements in companies like Amazon, Google and many others. The key to take admission to such a big company is to work hard from starting of the 1st semester because your marks in every semester are very important in placements.
Infrastructure: Hostels in Chandigarh University are very good in infrastructure. The hostel provides a bed, chair, table, cupboard only, and you have to manage other things on your own. They also provide a good speed Wi-Fi, study room and library. Hostels are neat and clean, with common washrooms, which are also clean. Wardens are also very good, and they all are very understanding and friendly. They are always ready to help us. Mess food is good with quality, and I like the food of the mess. Proper hygiene is maintained as well. I advise everyone to avail hostel facility instead of taking PG at least for a year of the course.
Faculty: Teachers of Chandigarh University are very helpful and knowledgeable with good qualifications. At Chandigarh University, almost every teacher is well-qualified and provides their students with excellent teaching quality. Teachers are very good in behavior to their students, and they also provide their students with good notes from time to time.
Other: I have chosen this course because there is a huge scope of teaching in the government sector with B.Sc and B.Ed course, and teachers are always in good demand.

Safe score: 70%+

Very safe: 75–85%+

60–65% → borderline but possible

70%+ → good chance
