My life at DRC, DU. The great hostel life, campus life.
Placements: Good companies come for placement, but the placement is done mostly for commerce and economics students. Top companies like Deloitte and DE Shaw & Co. hire students. Overall, placement is really good if one has a good CGPA and skillset. There is a good per annum salary as well.
Infrastructure: The hostel is very good, the area is surrounded by nature, and very often one might see peacocks, cats, and birds around. The area is a bit separate from the campus, so as to maintain its peacefulness, and the hostel has its own garden that is very good and well-maintained. The food is good, and laundry facilities are given to ease the student burden. The commerce department is not there in the college, but otherwise, it's good.
Faculty: Teaching quality and studies are great, classes are held regularly, and the syllabus is completed on time. Teachers are very helpful and provide great guidance. The course is relevant to the curriculum and will make the students industry-ready. Semester exams for practical subjects are difficult as compared to theory but help hone our knowledge.
Other: I'd like it more if there were more space on campus and the college time was shorter, but otherwise, everything is great.

Indraprastha college for women, DU .
Placements: The average placement of the college is around 17 lacs per annum, which is quite good. The best point about the college is that it provides on-campus placement opportunities for students, and the famous Big Four companies also come to the college to recruit from the amazing pool of students.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available on campus, and the infrastructure is quite good, with large grounds and buildings for different departments. Classrooms are spacious enough to accommodate 70-80 students at a time. The library has two floors so that a good number of students can come and study in peace. The B.Com (Hons) course has practical subjects too, and for that, there are labs provided to the students with excellent systems.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is very good and helpful. The teachers are almost always available to solve students' queries and are quite approachable. The course has practical subjects also, such as learning accounting software and how to fill out income tax forms, which help the students become industry-ready. The semester exams are quite easy to pass with minimal studying.
Other: The campus crowd is quite good and since it is a all girls college so the atmosphere also is quite pleasant and disciplined.

Dissatisfied because of no placements, but still a great college amongst other (evening) colleges.
Placements: As of now, our college placement cell is inactive; that's why no placement opportunities are available for students. Pre-COVID, the placement cell was a bit active, but post-COVID, it totally got inactive. So students have to look for themselves on their own and try to find internships and jobs.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not available in our college. Classrooms are decent, with no smart boards or AC. Wi-Fi is available only in the library, canteen, and near the administration office. The library is very big and fully air-conditioned. But there is no auditorium in our college, although they have space for it, which is the biggest drawback of this college. The canteen has various kinds of food on its menu. Also, our football team is one of the best in the whole DU circuit. Our college has a huge football field as well.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and qualified; some of them have done Ph.D.s and doctorates in their respective fields. They are available for students throughout the college hours and will mentor them as and when students need it. The course does make students industry-ready in the finance and sales-related fields. Semester exams are moderate or hard; passing marks are 35 or 40/100.
Other: I chose this college because I have my coaching in the morning. It is on the main South Campus, has a decent crowd, good connectivity, the annual Milan festival happens once a year, and different educational events happen frequently. More than 10 societies are there, and they are good.

Our college is one of the best in Delhi University.
Placements: The placements in our college are impressive. Companies like PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, and Aditya Birla come to our college and the highest package this year was 20 Lacs per annum and the average package ranges between 6-8 Lacs per annum. There are also many internships available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is amazing and one of the best. We have labs for our tally practical and the computers work well. The hostel is nice but I would say it's not affordable as compared to the course. The total fee is 180000 but the food and hygiene are pretty good.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful and nice. They are very friendly. The course curriculum is relevant but there are many things that are things of the past now, so they should improve on that. The semester exams are moderate; they are not too hard to pass but you have to study very hard if you want a very good CGPA.
Other: I chose this course because it has scope in the field of banking and commerce. I wish our teachers could take more case studies while teaching.

The genuine review of Maharaja Agrasen College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Currently, you cannot expect more than 4.5 lacs per annum, so if you want to secure a very good and high package, then you have to work on your own, but you will get a lot of internship options from the college campus. It is on you; you can join.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Maharaja Agrasen is awesome, and it is a very clean and hygienic place, and hostels are available only for girls. Maharaja Agrasen is well known for its B.Com honors and journalism course. Under B.Com, you get a very good faculty from law and other practical subjects, such as in accounts, but not a good theory of accounts.
Faculty: In the B.Com honest department, the faculty are really awesome except for account management because they take a lot of leave and do not clear our concepts too deeply. The faculty will help you and can raise your question personally; also, they will never discriminate against you for asking questions and answering them.
Other: College society is the thing that you can enjoy very much, and it will improve your personality very quickly and give you a lot of confidence if you are an introvert type of guy, and also the location of the college is on the outskirts of Delhi and Noida, so you have to travel long to reach there, but after reaching the college, places are very close, and you will feel like heaven there.

Overall, it is an average college for students pursuing professional courses.
Placements: As DU SOL provides courses of distance learning, there are fewer chances of placements. Although they provide us with a placement portal which is not so good. None of the students get placement from DU SOL. Students have to apply for placements or jobs themselves.
Infrastructure: As in DU SOL, you are pursuing your graduation through distance learning so there is no requirement for a hostel. And regarding infrastructure, it is not so good. It is okay for the students, particularly for SOL students. The university provides classes in different colleges of the University.
Faculty: Courses totally depend on students and how they are performing, and how they are working towards their courses. Regarding exams, they are the same as the exams for students of DU. Centers are allocated to SOL students in different colleges of the University.

    A:
    {Source: B.Com students & alumni]

Bhagini Nivedita College provides a moderately busy campus life with a variety of extracurricular activities and sports facilities. The dress code is flexible, and students can wear what they prefer. The college has a hygienic mess and cooking arrangement, and the quality of food is acceptable. The attendance policy is strict, and rule breakers may receive a warning. The college culture is diverse and inclusive, with no language challenges, and supporting staff who are not limited to native speakers. Academically, the college follows a moderate schedule with regular exams and easy-to-score exam preparation materials. Teaching methods include practical discussions and case studies, and there are well-stocked libraries for research and reading resources. The campus is secure with guards and CCTV cameras present everywhere, and outsiders can enter the campus without permission. The college takes ragging seriously and may rusticate students found guilty of it.

Based on the reviews provided, the overall infrastructure of Bhagini Nivedita College appears to be mixed. Some students have reported that the classrooms are of poor quality, the library lacks adequate resources and there is no hostel facility available. However, other students have mentioned that the infrastructure in their department is excellent, with high-quality facilities and food availability in the canteen. Additionally, some students have noted that the location of the college on the outskirts of Delhi provides a peaceful environment, but may also pose restrictions.

Summary: The infrastructure of Bhagini Nivedita College is inconsistent, with both positive and negative reviews regarding the quality of classrooms, libraries and facilities. While some departments have excellent infrastructure, others may lack adequate resources. The location of the college may provide a peaceful environment, but may also present challenges due to its distance from the city center.
