IIT Delhi Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Hauz khas

Placements: I passed in 2021 in this college. Our college has many batches. I joined the college in 2018, and I will pass out in 2021. Electrical companies visit our to recruit students from our course. In our course, about 70% of students got an internship.

Placements: The year 2022 witnessed a great placement year with the average soaring over 30% compared to the previous year reaching 20 LPA. Recruiters hired for profiles ranging from consulting, finance, product management to software, IT, and HFTs. Numerous startups came to hire for tech and product management profiles. Top companies included Tower Research, Microsoft, Mckinsey, Brain, Goldman Sachs, etc. Almost anyone who wanted placement bagged one.

Placements: Anyone who wants to get placed, gets placed. The highest package in our department, I am quite sure it is more than 1Cr. About companies, from my personal experience, my mentor got placed in Grofers pvt Ltd in Gurgaon for 50LPA CTC. This course is very similar to Electrical core EE1. And also you can opt for GATE or UPSC with this course.

Placements: In our branch, most students got jobs in non-core branches. Many companies visited our college and placements are open for all branches. Any student can sit for placements. Many core companies also visit here for recruitment. Google, Microsoft, Adobe, TCS, and many more, visit the campus.

Placements: 99% of students from mathematics and computing got placed in many big companies. The highest package offered is 1 Crore+, and the lowest package is 15 LPA. On average, 18 LPA is offered. Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Oracle and many good companies offer jobs. From my course, a majority of students went for software companies, and some went for machine learning, artificial intelligence. Placements: More than 65% of students from our course got placed in core as well as non-core companies. The highest salary package offered is nearly 45 LPA. The average salary package offered is approximately 12 LPA-15 LPA. Non-core companies like BCG, IBM, Flipkart, Rakuten, etc., offered jobs to students of the chemical department. Core companies, including ONGC, Dr. Reddy, etc., hired students with decent salary packages.

Placements: I am going to pass out from mathematics and computing branch, which stands second in terms of placements after computer science. It is the most famous and the toughest B.Tech program. You can bag even a 1 crore package. The average package is about 12 LPA. You can get placed in any of your dream companies like Google, Microsoft and even finance-based companies or consulting. Almost all the students get placed.

Placements: Around 90% of students in our course are placed previous year. The highest salary package offered is 1.5 crores in the IT sector, and the lowest salary pacakge offered is 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Trident, Arvind, etc. Around 30-40% of students get internships in the 3rd year in companies like Trident, Arvind, etc. Fibre specialisation is the roles offered.

Placements: It is one of the best technical institutes and is located in the heart of the capital of the country which makes it different & better from any other IITs. For the placements, a lot of companies are visiting every year. Apart from the core IT, consultancy, business analyst, and many more roles are offered.

Placements: The B.Tech course in energy engineering was introduced in the year 2021. So, there is no data available for placements as we will be the first batch of energy engineering to sit for placements in 2025. Placement opportunities for energy engineering seem high as the whole world is concerned about energy and power.

Placements: Our mathematics and computing departments are also known to have a large number of placements. The placement percentage is also good in IIT Delhi, and I would like it.

Placements: Students in our course are mostly research-based, but you can practice computer programming to get jobs in the IT sector. You can become a professor by doing higher studies in physics. Overall, opportunities for everyone to get placed are decent.

Placements: 4 - year B.Tech in energy engineering is introduced in IIT Delhi in 2022, so we are the 1st batch of energy engineering. I think there would be many companies like Adani Group of Companies to offer jobs for energy engineering students. We are in the 1st year, so I can't say about internships.

Placements: Almost everyone aspiring for placements gets placed. The highest salary package offered is 1 crore, and the average salary package offered varies between 20 LPA - 30 LPA. The world's best companies visit our campus for offering placements.

Placements: I did not hear of anyone not getting any offer from a company. The highest salary package offered is 2 crores per annum, the lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 20 LPA. Major recruiting companies are Infosys, Amazon, Samsung, Flipkart, Reliance, American Express and E&Y.

Placements: Companies from various fields like sales and marketing, IT, analytics and consulting, supply chain and operations, finance, human resources offered packages to many students. Around 100% of students are placed. The top recruiting companies are Reliance, HP, TCS, Wipro, and Amazon.

Placements: IIT Delhi has a superb history in the placement records. Our CSE branch has almost 100% placements in 4 years. The domestic salary package offered ranges from 10 LPA to 80 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 25 LPA for the CSE department. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook come to hire. Internships begin from 2nd year for 4-year courses in big tech companies like Infosys. Roles such as managers and software leaders of big companies are offered.

Placements: The placements are very less for Masters in the chemistry course due to very highly skilled and deserving candidates of B.Tech compared to us. Placements are provided for students with skills to compete with engineers. Apart from IT, there are courses like data science to help you get placed easily. 20-30% of students got placed. Placements: Placements at IITD are near about 100% in my branch and CS branch, except who don't sit in placements because they want to pursue higher studies abroad. Average CTC is about 23 lac, where the highest package goes upto 2Cr abroad and 1Cr domestic. Also for other branches annual packages are decent (average 14 lac). .

Placements: Almost all students got good placements. The highest salary package offered is in eight digits, and the lowest salary package offered is in seven digits. All top pharma companies visit here for recruitment. All good companies visit here during the placement season. The best thing about my course is that students opt for research also.
