IIT Delhi Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Hauz khas

Placements: Placements are good as always. It has a record of 100% placements for several years. Companies like Snapdeal, Microsoft, Amazon, Google and so on, visited the campus. I heard the stipend of 2 lakh this year. All the students got handsome salaries this year. There is also an increment in the number of companies that visited our campus.

Placements: IITD placement is good. Some of the student got amazing offer. In terms of companies some national and international companies visited the college. For internships college played a big role, many of my batchmates got foreign summer internship and some of the got in India too.

Placements: Training and Placement Cell is responsible for all the activities related to internships and placements. Top Companies from Investment Management Sector, Software Engineering Sector, International Investment Banks visit the campus each year and they provide hefty paychecks to students that they hire. However not all of the students get big paychecks as a lot of companies from different sectors visit the campus. Placements: Good placements. Big companies like Microsoft etc. Come every year. Non core placements are preferred by students. On campus internships are less for a few branches but students go for self arranged internships. Average stipend goes around 30 k a month.

Placements: To get placed need a good rank must be below 100 for general and around 250 for the reserved. A score of above 8 was the minimum criteria to sit in placement for interview. Placements: It's a good area for placements. Every year minimum of 10 to 12 government companies come and nearly all the students qualify and find a good future. You may contact your seniors for placements details. Here co-ordination between seniors and freshers are heavenly.

Placements: No placement was given from dept. Placement is only for engineers. Many of our batch mate got chance in psu companies like ongc, ntpc etc. Some students started Ph.D. Others are taking preparation for higher studies. Some students were settled abroad.

Placements: The college has very good campus selections since it is a most reputed institution in the country and it is a dream college of many aspirants. Various job options are offered to you making, and you choose the best suited for you. The only condition is that you should fulfil their minimum criteria.

Placements: This year placements were quite good. Almost all the students who registered for placements got placed. While None of the textile core companies visited the campus. The highest package was nearly 16 lac and the lowest being 6 lac rupees for textile students. Yes there is Training and Placement cell in IIT Delhi.

Placements: The placements in this college were good in my present year when compared to the last year. Almost, 85 percent of the students who sat for placements were placed, and the roles offered to students were of the consultancy, analyst, coding, core, finance, operations, etc. The highest package offered here was above 1.2 LPA, and the minimum package offered here was around 4.5 LPA.

Placements: Excellent placements are available in both core and non-core branches. The average placement is 5 LPA-6 LPA, and here core companies like Tata, Mahindra, Siemens, L&T, Mercedes-Benz and many others come, but placement in core sector is low compared to non-core companies.

Placements: The placement of this department is good. You will get plenty of opportunities. The key companies in this department are Mercedes, TATA motors, Ebara, Ocean engineering. In my batch, 8 out of 12 got placement from campus. The average salary was around 8 LPA.

Placements: If we consider the last year placements, the vigorous drive resulted in requisition being obtained from the industries from 249 companies for 595 profiles with selection on 234 profiles, as a result of 805 students were placed making a total of 869 jobs. Placements: You have to target your segment because you have only 50 choices of companies to fill as most of them are of IT. After day-1, the portal allows you to apply for any company coming and after day-2. Day-1 and two have accommodated around more than 100 companies. Don't be desperate about day-1 and two because a lot of good companies come late with the high packages like 15 LPA.

Placements: I have worked for the TNP, i.e. training and placement. What the other people think about the placements in IIT are completely wrong. The average package offered for CSE student is 15 lacs per annum, and the overall average is 9 lacs per annum for a B.Tech student. But all the students get placed easily.

Placements: All my friends are placed and there are almost 100% placements for all those who tried. Some people did not opt to try for placements. They are interested in other things. In higher studies, they want to do something for India. So they are building an organisation.

Placements: Very good placements. Faculty helped us alot. There were some issues with placement such as no timely intimation of companies arriving. There was a website created for this, but it used to go down too often. But it was a good experience with the whole thing.

The highest salaries were around 1 crore rupees, whereas the lowest was around 4-5 Lacs per annum. There were a variety of companies visiting the campus ranging from core tech to the management, consultancies, and analytics companies. Placements: The placements were pretty good regarding the pay packages and roles offered. Hopefully, the same trend follows in the coming years as well. The companies from different domains that is finance, operations, IT, consulting and marketing visit our campus for the recruitment.
