YMCA is great, but only if you take B.Tech.

Placements: Placement varies from course to course. B.Tech CE & IT have 90% placement rates with packages up to 40LPA. For Mechanical, Electrical, etc., placement comes up for approximately 14.5LPA. Other courses than B.Tech, honestly, have 20-30% placement opportunities. Top recruiting company for my course is Axis Bank, etc. There is no placement assistance for B.Voc students in general. Investment Banker shall be the topmost position offered.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, clean classrooms, Labs are not up to the mark, equipment available. Labs for B.Voc are not available, neither is library access provided for B.Voc. There is curfew timing for girls' hostel that is 7pm which is too soon for some days.

Faculty: In B.Voc, the teachers are pursuing Ph.D. from same college, and are 2526 y/o. The teachers in B.Tech are highly knowledgeable and experienced. The exams for B.Voc are the easiest and pass percentage is 99%. 75% attendance is mandatory. Curriculum is average, more theory, less or zero practicals are there.

Other: Not much events and fests have happened from last 3 years. Crowd is above average to good, depending upon the stream. There are scholarships provided and 30 clubs and societies are available.
