Placements: From the department of civil engineering of Jadavpur University, almost all sincere students got placed in both core and non-core sectors. Generally, non-core placements provided are more than core placements. However, some PSUs like L&T, etc., visit here for recruitment. The highest salary package offered is around 12 LPA-13 LPA.

Placements: About 75% students from the Chemical Engineering (2021 Batch) have been placed in core companies with an average package of 6-7 LPA. The highest package was around 15 LPA and varies between 11-17 LPA from top PSU's. The lowest package was 3.5 LPA offered by TCS, Infosys, Wipro. The top recruiting companies are Haldia Petrochemical, Reliance, IOCL, BPCL etc. The rest have gone for Masters in IISc, IIT, etc. Also, some students have given GATE CAT and topped in them respectively.

Placements: The placement scenario is above average here. The average salary package offered was around 19 LPA in 2021. The highest salary package offered was 51 LPA to students by Microsoft for the role of software development expert. Well-known companies like DE Shaw, Adobe, Amazon and Goldman Sachs visit the campus every year.

Placements: In CSE, IT and ECE, there are almost 100% placements in companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. Mechanical, electrical and chemical branches have decent placements in companies like Aditya Birla, LNT, Vedanta and HoneyWell. Placements: Around 68% of the students get placed in our batch. The companies like Intel, Taught Works, ISRO, Samsung, Hynix, etc., visit the campus. The average salary package offered was 8 LPA. The salary packages offered vary from 6 LPA to 30 LPA. They are recruited as an intern, junior engineer executive, junior VLSI, designer, etc.

Placements: The course fee is very reasonable and low. The admission procedure is very clear, and there is no backdoor policy. The semester fee is around Rs. 50-70 only, and the yearly fee is around Rs. 1,200 without a lab. There are good placement events every year, and a lot of students are hired by top media and advertising companies. There are very good internship opportunities.

Placements: 8% of the total students got placed in B.Sc. Physics. The average marks required are 90.7% marks to qualify for this course. Many private farms and colleges are trying to recruit the best students to teach their students. Mainly teaching is the best role offered, where selectors select students based on their merit.
